Very dated, reminded me of a 70's style Blackpool B&B. Only modern feature was each room had an ensuite. Paper thin walls and ceilings, could hear the person upstairs making a cup of tea! Bit of a maze to get to room from reception. Breakfast at £5 was great value though

The Grange moor is quite an old building and parts are not suitable for people with mobility issues, the rooms were comfortable but the bathroom is tiny and you had to squeeze past the sink to get on the toilet. The breakfast was good and the staff were helpful and friendly.

This is the 4th year my husband and I have stayed for our association annual dinner. It represents excellent value for money and has had a partial refurbished recently. Could not fault the food and staff most helpful.

My wife and I stayed at the Grange Moor Hotel in Maidstone on Saturday 10th October. On Sunday Morning our room had no hot water. A call to reception was made and five minutes later we were told that one of the boilers had gone out and it would take 30 minutes until hot water to our room was resumed....

Visited the hotel for a wedding. The venue outside for the wedding was brilliant as was the main hall for the wedding. The staff were all polite and friendly. Even the new girl struggling behind the bar on her own on her first day. The hotel room was a clean, tidy and functional. It is very much a pick a...

Turned up and were told we were not staying in the main hotel, but another building down the road. Room was small, in need of renovation. Bathroom tiny; chipped furniture and walls; smears and drips on the walls.

Stayed two nights for business trip. Hotel is a little out of town (which was fine for my trip). Split over two buildings, I was in the second building over the road. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were really friendly and helpful. I had a late check-in and it wasn't a problem. Breakfast was ok, nothing amazing.

Stayed at this hotel due to being a ten minute walk to the town center and were having a pre-wedding dinner in the excellent Buddha Belly restaurant that evening. Wedding party until midnight and rooms sweltering so had to have windows open until I asked for another room, so they gave me a fan and said to close the windows....

This hotel is in desperate need of a revamp. Our room was very cramped, but the bed was comfortable. The bed linen was ripped and the windows were filthy. Did not feel it was worth the money we paid which didn't include breakfast. The staff were very friendly and welcoming.
