There is a huge pothole right at the entrance to the hotel, there is no way to avoid it while trying to get into the car park. The hotel manager needs to take responsibility and get in touch with the council to sort out.

Hi Blacklion1234, I'm sorry the pothole has detracted from your stay with us. The council have been contacted and they advised us that it is a private road and does not fall under their jurisdiction. We are currently in the process of finding out who does own the land in order to get it fixed as soon as possible. Kind Regards, Steven Premier Inn Maidstone Town Centre Team

Everything was fine except the towels hadn't been replaced from the previous occupants, not a pleasant experience. It is in a really good location, 10 minutes walk to shops. £5 a day to park your car, but worth it.

Hi Is the breakfast included with the room reservation or you have to pay for it separately? Thanks
Hi Nadia B, Thank you for your question. Breakfast is not included in the reservation price, however, for just £9.50 per person you can enjoy the all-you-can-eat full Premier Breakfast! Kind Regards, Steve Premier Inn Maidstone Town Centre
