There is a huge pothole right at the entrance to the hotel, there is no way to avoid it while trying to get into the car park. The hotel manager needs to take responsibility and get in touch with the council to sort out.
Two nights to visit relatives over Christmas. Useful large car park. As always with Premier Inn clean and efficient rooms with good facilities in the hotel. Excellent, helpful, friendly staff who really put effort into to helping their guests. Very much appreciated especially as…

Clean and comfortable. Well positioned. I don't think you should have to pay for the parking though. This should change. Also I feel breakfast should now be included in the price, subject to where you are staying. Accommodation can now be a little costly.
Everything was fine except the towels hadn't been replaced from the previous occupants, not a pleasant experience. It is in a really good location, 10 minutes walk to shops. £5 a day to park your car, but worth it.
"Most rooms are the same, but the main road can be a little noisy."
"Upper floor, end of corridor so less door noise or passing traffic"
"Watch the car park opening it hits you all of a sudden if you miss it you have to go around the one way system to get in again."
"only stay here if you don't mind the parking charge"
"Just ask when you arrive if you have a special request"
