A quiet, clean,we'll run guest house.Lovely cooked breakfast next day. The only thing I did not like is having to book through booking.com. The reason I say this as the emails received about check in time is in accurate varies every time you receive a reminder about your stay.Better is you booked directly through guest house and not through handling agent.A...

Delighted large room with ensuite. Margaret couldn't be more helpful and considerate. Great place to base yourself if exploring SE England for a few days. Breakfasts are excellent. Highly recommend!!!

We had only just arrived at Heathrow, hired a car and drove straight to the B&B. We chose this area to stay in as we had a wedding to attend at the Orangery, nearby and also few days to explore the area.As we were a bit jet lagged, we welcomed the comfy bed and slept for a few hours. Our...

Welcoming, clean, spacious bed rooms, ours was on suite, well appointed with a tasty and plentiful choice available for breakfast. We would recommend this lovely B&B to people visiting the Maidstone area.

The aviary was convenient for a work night away from home. I don't much like cheap hotels and this was perfect. Tea, coffee, wifi, a dressing table to act as a desk, close to Waitrose, wonderful bed, spotlessly clean, quiet location and friendly welcome. Breakfast was a joy, fresh fruit and cooked and on time and quick. Just what I...

I've started staying in B&B"s instead of faceless hotel chains and this B&B is exactly why. Lovely quiet comfortable bedroom, hot freshly cooked breakfast and a very friendly landlady. A hot cup of coffee and biscuits on arrival was a nice touch too!

We booked into this B&B for three nights while visiting family in Kent. Margaret and Alan run this B&B are a lovely couple so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was amazing and freshly made each morning and HOT which makes a change from some hotels that have been warmed up and lying around for ages. The bed was so comfy...

We now begin our holidays to France with a Friday night stay at The Aviary. This was our second stay. Margaret is a wonderful hostess and our room was amazing. Comfortable bed, tea and coffee making facilities, biscuits, a great selection of toiletries in the shower room. We were welcomed with a cup of tea. The full English breakfast was...

I really appreciated this place and would highly recommend. The owners really had thought of everything and were so friendly and generous. It was also only a few minutes walk to Kent Life where I had to attend a wedding. I'm very thankful!

Totally agree with all previous positive comments and no faults. Beautiful room, very comfy bed with lovely bedding, charming host - really felt welcome. Excellent breakfast freshly cooked and served at a time of our choosing. No road noise as in a cul-de-sac and parking on owners' drive. Very handy for road network and Leeds Castle. Would definitely recommend. Thank...
