Enjoyed the room and facilities at the Village Hotel, Maidstone, but the room I stayed in was directly over the hotel entrance where people gathered until the early hours chatting whilst drinking and smoking outside. I was woken several times until the small hours. Also noisy people in corridor in early hours. Why aren't people more respectful to other guests....

Stayed here for one night found the hotel to be expensive for what was given but very nice, the food was okay would have been better if we could have more choice on what the food was given. Rather than it be 2 courses it should have been 3 with a drink and side included. It should have been told...

Good weekend break apart from a very noisy room. Staff were all pleasant and friendly. Breakfast very good, and the service is very efficient . You can always rely on the rooms being very clean and comfortable here.
