Another pit stop on our bank holiday tour, first impressions another corporate hotel, staff were very helpful , the room was nothing like the on line picture and had a disgusting smell of stale urine, we mentioned it to the receptionist who apologised overall not a bad place if you can get the right deal.

We booked a family room here for ourselves (2 adults, 2 children) as part of a Legoland deal on Monday 3rd April. We arrived on the evening and were greeted by a friendly receptionist. Our room was clean and comfortable but there was quite a distinct ammonia smell in our room and the floor it was on. This wasn't a...

A nice hotel - very clean, comfortable and excellent friendly and helpful staff. The only down side was the over priced evening meal - £13 for a large plate of chips, a small, heavily battered fish, mushy peas and tartare sauce.

I am not sure who is running it at this time. It does not appear on the Hilton company web site so I assume they have transferred ownership to another group on individual.

You cannot walk to it from the hotel as we are situated off a dual carriageway from M3 Junction 6 of the Black Dam Roundabout and Old Basing is a slip road off the 3rd exit from Junction 6 It is about 5 mins drive away however from the hotel.
