The hotel was lovely. The staff where very polite and helpful. The room was nice and big. Clean sheets and towels. The only let down was that when looking under the bed to make sure we hadn't left anything we found ALOT of rubbish under there which wasn't ours. Breakfast was lovely and reasonably priced.

There is nothing good to write about this hotel other than the rooms are clean although trouble flushing toilet. Staff speak very poor English, the place is dull, breakfast dried up under hot lamps, my poached eggs arrived swimming in water. It is cheap however, but would preferred to have spent night in my car, almost!! Would never go near...

We picked this hotel for its proximity to Heathrow. We'd had a long flight and wanted somewhere not too far away to recover before we started our touring holiday. It was a bit tricky to find but that might have been because we were tired!! The hotel provided us with a comfortable stay. Decent bed and block out drapes. There's...

We Booked a Sunday Lunch deal through Groupon and was very very disappointed. The meal - a Carvery but the food was not up to what we expected. My Partner had beef which although plenty of it was very tough and I had Gammon which was also poor quality. The choice of vegetables was disappointing and all were cold. We...

We stayed as a group from Wales in the lovely updated rooms . All was very good and the staff and the Manager were very helpful. Work was going on in the Gym but we didn't hear any noise in the evenings.

It said refurbished on Web site, well if our room was it was rubbish. On entering there was a hand written appologie on our bed to say sorry for not ironing bedding as iron was broken. This is not a review of the hotel as such, it is a review of my experience when booking. I always used this hotel when it was The Hilton. Since it's changed, the website says book direct it's cheaper. I called the hotel on 2 separate occasions to book a room for 1 night and was told both times that...
