We spent 2 nights in the Bolton West Premier Inn well positioned adjacent to a motorway network and not far from the town of Bolton. Bedroom was spacious and well appointed, with ensuite bathroom, which included a bath with shower over. Staff exceptionally welcoming and helpful. The restaurant next door offered very good quality and value, but the table next... More

We had a very warm welcome and the checking in was efficient. The hotel and rooms were clean and the beds comfy. The room was warm and we had a relaxing stay. The food was good and plentiful with very helpful staff.

Stayed for 2 night while visiting the Craft Festival at Bolton Arena. It is on walking distance (about 15 minutes slow walk) but it’s along a path by a very busy dual carriage way. Room was very clean and quiet even though we were at the front of the property. The staff couldn’t do enough to help and always went... More

Stayed here for 4 nights with work. We were given 2 rooms next to each other at the end of the corridor so we were not disturbed - very quiet and pleasant! Rooms were, as always, spotlessly clean and tidy. Speaking to one of the staff, apparently this hotel is due for a refurb in 2015 which I think will... More

This is a recently refurbished premier inn and was immaculate and clean and really quite, lovely northern hospitality. if you are a light sleeper or like a window open this is better option than the larger premier inn near the stadium. That's where the good comments end though, avoid the restaurant it's dirty with ants crawling over the bar, food... More

Getting into the carpark was a little tricky but once we worked out how to get in we found the chap at reception very helpful. Our room was very clean and bed very comfortable. We didnt hear any noise from the road outside. We decided to stay for breakfast the next day which was also excellent and the staff friendly... More

Although the entrance to the carpark is signposted it can easily be missed as the hotel front is on the roundabout but the entrance is jusy after a turnoff....when you get in it has plenty of spaces. The staff are lovely and friendly with happy smiles and just atiny bit of chitchat without going overboard.... just what a lady travelling... More

I hadn't even got into the place before it started - it's almost inaccessible. And frankly I wish it had been. Insolent staff, terrible rooms and almost constant noise. My stay was less pleasurable than piles or having my appendix removed. Truly awful. Avoid
