Stayed for one night last weekend from Saturday to Sunday with family of 4 (2 adults and 2 children). We had stayed 4 years ago for a couple of nights. We choose the Travelodge because it is close to family and very well priced, this time we paid £36. We were given a large room with 2 large double/king beds....

Pleasantly surprised with our stay, very good value. Modern clean and comfortable, close enough to Bolton town centre to walk to. Quiet room on 3rd floor, warm and well insulated from street noise. Felt secure. Even though we did not use the cafe, it looked very nice, tidy and welcoming. Would definitely stay again, and would highly recommend

Some may slate the Travel lodge. I've always had good service. An ok bar for a few beers after work. Pretty decent evening meal and a good breakfast. What more can you ask for the price. And the Bolton site has a free car park... will start again. However - wifi on a business account should be free, but that...

I've been here now for a month, if it was my money I would of left after the first week. I'll keep it simple by bullet pointing my pros and cons. Pros Comfortable bed Clean in most areas Cons Food is average at best, just frozen off the shelf food, nothing is prepared on site even though the price would...

This hotel is clean and tidy, Our room was pleasant with plenty of space and well finished bathroom. both staff we encountered were friendly and helpful; on check-in we were offered a room on a higher level which was apparently quieter. The location is good for central Bolton, parking is provided and we found it easy to get to coming...

I often use Travelodge as a good way of seeing a city so I really am not snobby about them. To be fair most of the staff here were great but it may not be one I would return to My room smelt of smoke particularly the curtains and they were burn marks and sticky patches on the carpet. The...

We stayed for one night in a family room on the 5th floor. Lovely clean room, beds were comfy. We didn't eat here as was going out for an evening meal elsewhere. I wasn't too impressed with the bar area, not enough comfy seats to sit in and relax. This did put us off having a drink when we came...

The room was quite cold when I arrived, but did warm up through the evening. Had to sit in bed to keep warm. There was no soap in the dispenser when I got into the shower and I couldn't open the plub inthe sink and I had filled it with water. Breakfast was excellent. The main meal was quite expensive...
