Great value for money had all we needed plenty of hot water for a soak and tea and coffee. Parking easy checking in and out easy if we were to give 5 STARS would have needed softer bed and mattress was very hard and pillows had no life left in them. All round great value for money and clean thank you we will be back.

Stayed here the night before travelling from Gatwick Airport.
Surrounded by woods in a lovely peaceful setting.
Room price £80/night for a double en-suite was fair compared to other hotels.
Reception staff were welcoming, £55 a week parking was brilliant, rooms were clean but the decor was old, taxi service was on time. Only reason I am giving 4 star is that they are not serving any breakfast at the moment but it didn’t bother me as I had early flight to catch.
On the way back my car windows were dusty, I really appreciate the staff member who brought me cleaning towel and glass cleaner.
Will definitely use again and recommend to friends and family.

Very convenient hotel, just north of Crawley, for staying a night before flying from Gatwick and having 8/15/22 or 30 nights parking. Reasonable price. They use a local taxi firm which charges £18 each way and reliably turned up. Cars are parked behind the hotel behind a locked gate. We arrived back there at 3.45am and just had to ring the bell for someone to come and unlock the gate. The room was basic but clean with wi-fi. Nice firm mattress. There is a restaurant next to Reception, Rockers Grill/Chaiistan, run by a different company, which does breakfasts (weekends only) and burgers, fish and chips and Indian food in the evenings.

Hotel and room were OK but the breakfast and stay were not. The website says when booking a 10% discount on breakfast, this was not honoured by breakfast staff who argued it wasn't included. It needed the hotel manager to be told of the issue for it to be resolved. The breakfast menu had bacon, eggs, sausage etc. but no bacon or mushrooms were provided, there were no drinks until after we were served the food, with only 6 pieces of toast for 8 of us. No fruit juices only coffee or tea, in polystyrene cups. Several food items were cold. The location is convenient for Gatwick or Lingfield races but you'd be best to get breakfast elsewhere. I think the ownership has changed recently.

After reading some of the good reviews we booked two rooms. We arrived after a 4 hour drive and we was really looking forward to our nights stay prior to the start of our holiday. The driveway looked good and the receptionist was very welcoming and checked us in with no problem. We then started walking towards the rooms and realised that the place was not quite like the pictures and the reviews made us feel like we was at the wrong location.
The twin room was absolutely shocking and dated we was really disappointed. The other room had been re decorated and was more pleasing to the eye. We then went down to reception to complain we mentioned a whole list of issues and asked about breakfast and if there was a facility to by a drink and we was told that there was no food available and the kitchen has been closed for many months. Such a shame on the website the pics show a great looking facility that is clearly no longer available. We then drove around trying to get into somewhere for food 2 hours later everywhere was full.
I write this review to hope that it gives a fair reflection of our visit overall extremely disappointing and probably the worst start to a holiday that we have ever had we really regret booking it feel like the owner needs to remove his pictures and descriptions of this place from the website and put honest and up to date information on the web page.
On a positive note the car parking was controlled and reasonably well priced. The hotel however was overpriced and you can get much better with breakfast for cheaper.

Thank you for your feedback, we are sorry you didn't have a great experience. Our restaurant should be up and running this summer for all guests after a wait since Covid. As for the pictures we have already redone many rooms and bathrooms, and working towards completing the rest. We hope in future you have a more enjoyable stay.

One of the worst experiences I have ever had having enjoyed many other brilliant hotels in Gatwick over the years !!
Did not get our pre-booked family room on both occasions being fobbed off with a triple & single room. Meant our son had to be in a room alone !! No alternative offered ? They even said it was at no extra charge to us for this huge inconvenience? Are these guys for real 😳 Dirty used coffee cup upon arrival...one small towel between three of us ?? NO breakfast option as ‘doing maintenance on the kitchen…’ but we were never advised of this despite them lying to us that we had been notified?? Disgusting
I would strongly advise going elsewhere as after a 12 hour journey they expected us all to pop out to a McDonalds !! Pathetic

Turned up to the hotel and there was a gentleman with a baby Manning the desk. After a lengthy process to book in he demanded £50 deposit from me for 'damages' I explained to him I was there for work I don't have much money on my card and he promised me it won't be taken off my card. Low and behold it was instantly taken off my card so that put me in a bit of financial difficulty whilst I was in the area for work.
The room was outdated, the world's thinnest bed sheets the bathroom wasn't clean. The next day the same guy kept walking past the room trying to open the door and shaking the door handle, I'm guessing that was meant to be a wake up call even though we wasn't due to check out. When I questioned it he blamed the cleaner even though when I finally got out of bed after working a night shift I caught him walking down the hallway.
The kettle didn't work, I requested a coffee which I brought in a mug from the room he said he couldn't do anything because he had his child strapped in a high chair behind the desk and he might fall out whilst making me a coffee.
A staff member walked past I asked her and she didn't speak a word of English, took the coffee mug and disappeared.
Terrible terrible experience the staff are terrible, unhelpful and dismissive. The room was awful, nothing like the pictures they advertise. Facilities.. well they aren't any and what is there doesn't work.
I'd never ever go back to this place, I'd rather sleep in my car than stay there again.

A stop over before Gatwick, was ok but not exciting, frosty reception never really felt comfortable there. Shown to our room was an opening of a door onto a short corridor of rooms then pointed to where we would expect to find our room
Pillows like dead cats only redeeming factor was the bed being comfortable and the bathroom cleanish but very long, like a lot of wasted space and not an awful lot of space around the bed
My partner liked it but not a place I would really return to

Spent ages debating whether to drive (2.5hrs) to Gatwick or get a taxi. Struggled to find somewhere overnight which would sleep 2a 2c in 1 room with actual beds not sofa beds. Came across Little Foxes by chance which was able to sleep all 4 of us on 1 room and you could leave your car there for the week! They arranged a taxi for the morning of our flight and we phoned once we had our luggage on our return and a taxi took us back to get our car (waited 5-10 mins). Brilliant find. Highly recommend.

The main concern now a days staying at the hotel is how well the cleaning standard of the hotel and if hotel is disinfectant regularly.
I must say during my 3 days stay at the hotel, i was so pleased & impressed by the cleaning staff they were really proactive.
Hotel reception, corridors , door handles were sanitised regularly, hand sanitiser gel are provided at the reception and in the corridors.
even in the evening reception staff walk around the hotel and disinfectant all the areas which are touched frequently.

I asked if I could park the car myself and keep my keys and they happily obliged, but then was regretful because they nicely get the car ready for you upon your return, I had to walk to the end of the car park to get my car when I could have had it ready and waiting at the entrance.
Hi Donna,
Thanks for your continued interest. We do have a restaurant on site serving meals in the evening. The Menu is available for viewing on our main website.
