Normal Premmy Inn offering to be honest, but yet another heap of time lost because the wifi wasn't setup on the account on arrival. But the room was warm. It's at this time of year you don't appreciate the assault course before breakfast, snow, ice blistering wind just to get to the breakfast bar , who plans such places? Oh...

Excellent facilities spoiled because of all-or-nothing heavy duvet on the bed which marred the Good Night's Sleep promise. All hotels seem the same. Please lobby for a few light weight duvets at each Premier Inn

We stayed for two nights , visiting relatives nearby.we have stayed here several times, and have always had a friendly welcome and good night's sleep. This time, because , my husband has some difficulty walking, we were offered a disability room-convenient for him, as nearer reception, and we were able to use the disabled parking area too. I hope we...

2 very good nights spent a Swindon North, Clean, Warm and welcoming. The staff helped us with directions to all the places we wanted to find and gave us advice on how best to get to where we wanted to go. Very happy to find a bath in the room and not just a shower cubicle as we both like...

We stayed for one night and were happy with everything. The hotel was clean warm and the room very comfortable. The staff were helpful and friendly. I was particularly impressed with Jodie. When we got home we realised my son had left his i Pad charger in the room. I rang the hotel that evening and spoke to Jodie she...

We wanted a good bed and no frills for the one night and that is just what we got at a good price. The only surprise for us was that a 'twin room' had a double bed plus what looked like a conversion from a couch and we expected a compromised sleep from the latter. But this was not our...

Went to this hotel as part of a trip to the UK as we live in Spain, we stay at Premier Inns as they represent good value. This hotel is situated at the side of a major dual carriageway, but is difficult to access , due to a series of roundabouts. The hotel was clean, and room also, but there...

I've stayed at a few Premier Inns over time, and this one certainly didn't disappoint. Clean, tidy and great, friendly service - for the price paid, it's fantastic value through and through. The restaurant is also worth eating at; reasonably priced, honest grub. Highly recommended!

The accommodation and staff were very good and cannot fault this part of my stay but the attached Chef & Brewer eating facilities not worth using so would advise eating elsewhere and then your trip will be OK.

After you turn onto Premier in road its almost an immediate turn right into the car park. there are a number of disability spots available in front of the Inn by the front entrance. Staff at Premier Inn are very helpful particularly with disabled. Outside noise not noticeable. Dining room is short walk away. Disable room and bathroom OK for...
