This facility is dated, tired and chilly. The room was cold and the bathroom very dated - early 90s by the look of it. The child's bed, in which I, the 60-year-old grandmother slept, was like sleeping on a bag of spanners with springs going boing and memories of the 1950s spartan lifestyle.

We only stayed for one night but on arrival found the staff cheerful and helpful. Room was comfy and clean, had all the normal facilities. Wasn't bothered by any traffic noise as described by other reviewers. Great breakfast in adjacent Brewers Fayre. Evening meal was ok but though it a little pricey for what you get.

Because the rooms are always the same, it is easy to quickly settle in to the room. Always a good bathroom as...

I stayed here for 4 nights on business. It was basic, but adequate. The rooms were clean and tidy and quite spacious. They were ridiculously hot however, and the hotel does not have air conditioning. There is a Brewers Fare across the car park and I had breakfast and dinner there. Again it was adequate - nothing to write home...

This is a good place to stay close to the outlet and many more shops. Restaurant food good very pleasant staff, hotel staff pleasant and helpful, cleanliness very good, thought it was going to be noisy but was quiet, because of its position
