I don't usually write reviews and this is my first on TripAdvisor but I can't not say anything. The Fountains Guest House was possibly the best Bed & Breakfast's I have stayed at. From the warm friendly welcome to the gorgeously prepared breakfast to the comfortable clean rooms. We stayed in Harrogate for the BBC Good Food Show and The...

We stayed at the Fountains Guest House for a long weekend to celebrate my birthday 26th Feb to 1st March. This is a very nice guest house just the right distance from the town with the added bonus of parking. Lyndsey was very welcoming and recommended places to visit and eat. The breakfast choice and food were both good. I...

Lovely plush room with clean en-suite. Food was fantastic - could have had a cooked breakfast everyday but the menu was full of other tempting things! Lyndsay was so helpful with local recommendations. A great stay, would recommend.

Thank you for making us so welcome at your lovely guest house and we didn't mind being on the top floor at all. Good for the heart and buttock muscles! We shall certainly stay again if we come to Harrogate and hope your poor wall gets fixed soon.

Great room, great service, great atmosphere, fantastic breakfast ... there isn't a thing I didn't like! And just the right distance from all there is to explore. A true home away from home! Not surprisingly, they also seem to attract very nice and interesting guests.
