Stayed a couple of nights, situated on a tree lined avenue just on the outskirts of town, on site parking, smashing cooked breakfast. Phil and Alison are lovely hosts, giving ideas on places to visit. Would not hesitate to book again.

Spent 2 nights here mid February. Situated in a quiet area but only 10 minutes walk to main shopping area with bars and restaurants. We had room 4 on the first floor. This was a good size with the bed made into a king. Bed was comfortable but personally a bit softer than what we are used to. There was...

We could not fault this accomodation. Lovely & clean, spacious bedroom with very comfortable bed. We had a large bay fronted Bedroom, the window had blinds & curtains but curtains alone were sufficient in February to keep the light out. Plenty of tea & coffee in the room and great to find a good hairdryer in the dresser draw. Breakfast...

We stayed two nights here and had a very warm welcome from owners Phil and Alison. The house is on a tree-lined street just 5 minutes' walk from Harrogate town centre, but is also in a quiet location. It's extremely comfortable, clean and well-decorated and has a relaxing atmosphere, a comfortable, cosy lounge and a bright breakfast room. Our room...

We stayed for a couple of days as a couple and it's quiet location fairly close to the town centre was excellent. Parking wasn't an issue, and a call to the owners allowed us to check-in early to drop bags, leave the car and walk into town for lunch at Betty's! The room we had (7) was large, beautifully decorated...

We stayed for one night. It was no problem when we arrived early and we were shown to our beautiful room. It was very spacious and we loved the little extra touches- hot chocolates, biscuits, bottle of water, toiletries. A 5 minute stroll took us into the centre of Harrogate where we spent a leisurely day shopping. We returned in...

I continue to stay here weekly whilst having work commitments in Harrogate. Everything is absolutely spot on and for reasonable cost. The owners are superb, very helpful, accommodating and friendly. The rooms are modern, clean and well presented. The locality is fantastic, walking distance to the centre of town and off road parking.

Great little place which is situated at the end of the road so is very quite & private but is just far enough away to be able to walk to the town centre in 5 mins. Rooms were very clean & comfy, spa bath is great. Breakfast is ordered night before so is all ready for when you come down....
