Just back from a two day break at this b&b and what more can I say but perfect. Owner is a lovely helpful lady who couldn't do enough. Rooms were lovely and cosy and the bed was like sleeping on a cloud. The best poached egg on toast I've ever had and the hubby loved the full English. Free wi-if,...

spent valentines weekend in harrogate and stayed over at the cavendish. Very easy to find and great location - opposite valley park and a stones throw away from the town center. We were warmly welcomed and given a parking permit for the car and given directions to our room. The room was fresh and clean and had a nice cosy...

This was a lovely place to stay. The staff were very welcoming and friendly, the food was excellent and plenty of it if you wished and the bedroom was spotlessly clean. Tea/coffee making facilities, toiletries, hairdryer and extra bedding available in the room. Handy for the town centre which was a couple of minutes walk away. Parking available outside the...

Nicely positioned, friendly owners, excellent breakfast. Just one downside, having booked a twin room we were allocated one at the top of the house which was up 3 flights of stairs and was no more than a small attic room furnished with a miss match of furniture and a tiny en-suite, disappointing for the price.

This is a lovely B&B ideally located in the nicest part of town, close to the shops, restaurants and gardens. Spotlessly clean, very comfortable and very friendly and helpful owners. The breakfast is excellent, and no 5* hotel does better scrambled eggs and smoked salmon. Out of season offers on rooms are outstanding value with breakfast and wi-fi included.Highly recommended.

Visited Harrogate to visit the Country Living Fair and stayed overnight at the Cavendish. Warm welcome and comfortable room. Owner was very pleasant and helpful and the location was ideal for walking around the town. Breakfast menu was good with plenty of choice and very tasty. Would stay again.

Firstly, the location is excellent, very close to the centre of town, so we could walk everywhere and was located on the best side of town near restaurants, bars and shops. It's directly opposite the beautiful valley gardens and we had a room over looking the gardens (I would recommend). The B&B had a lovely homely feel and the two...

Booked thro Booking.com and the reviews were very good. Parking was ok on the road with a permit given by the hotel. Great location as it was just 5mins walk to the shops, pubs, Bettys etc. Our room was disappointing being on the top floor with not a nice view. It was small, had a great bathroom .The breakfast was...
