We opted to stay here for the weekend as we wanted to visit York and couldn't find anything suitable.. have to say it was the best decision that we could have made. The accommodation is absolutely beautiful and the hosts couldn't have been more welcoming. We travelled with friends and we both had the luxury double rooms which were on...

Super! Love staying here. It's our go to place whenever we're in Harrogate. Lovely rooms, fabulous breakfast, really nice owners/staff. And it's set on a beautiful street just 15 minutes from the town. We can both highly recommend this B and B.

This was the best B&B we have ever stayed in. Simon and Amanda are impeccable hosts; friendly and helpful. The room, en-suite bathroom and all communal areas were spotless. We had the 'sleigh bed' room and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was lovely with a buffet selection to begin with cereals, fruit and yoghurt then a cooked breakfast to...

We spent 3 nights in this lovely family run guesthouse. The owners were charming & helpful & the accommodation was extremely comfortable. Breakfast was cooked perfectly with several delicious choices. It's within easy walking distance to Harrogate itself. We were in the area for my niece's wedding and will definitely stay here next time we're in the area.

We were having a rare weekend away to celebrate our wedding anniversary and really fancied Harrogate. We booked the Baytree months in advance after trawling Trip Advisor. It didn't disappoint. A beautiful building with lovely rooms. Warm and friendly staff. Our bed was sooo comfy, we could have spent the whole weekend there. The food is great and Harrogate itself...

Extremely comfortable beds and the acclaimed breakfast was first class especially the eggs benedict!. Garden was a little jewel with seats tucked away for a quiet sit. Plenty of parking and a 10 minute stroll from the centre of Harrogate. Hosts were welcoming and attentive, thoroughly recommended.

The Baytree was an overnight B&B stay. We wanted to see as much of Harrogate as possible. The Baytree was really close to all parts of Harrogate a short 10-15 minutes walk. We had a warm friendly welcome from the staff, a comfortable, small bedroom and a delicious breakfast next morning, either full English or a range of choices. Served...

Lovey B&B in a quiet area of Harrogate, very nice welcome and friendly hosts. The breakfast was great and homemade bread fab! I stayed in a single room, but it was spacious and bed was very comfortable, nice hot shower and spotlessly clean.

Stayed for an overnight visit to Harrogate. It's a beautiful building right next to the town. Very helpful and courteous owners. Very clean and excellent attention to detail. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice. Would definitely go again when I'm in the area.
