The location suited me for three nights for work nearby, there are many food options nearby and a large shopping centre. The best part was the electric blanket. It is a budget motel so the cost of a room is commensurate with the quality.

This is a classic older style motel at a very budget friendly price. The room I had was a standard queen that was quite large with a couch, desk, and dining table with 2 chairs. The room and spacious bathroom were very clean and tidy. An easy walk will take you to Aldi, the local shopping strip, pub, and various takeaway restauarants. The rooms have a small rear garden with table and chairs; there is also a quality BBQ and swimming pool.

Comfortable motel in convenient location.
The rooms are clean with comfortablebeds, and bathrooms are recently renovated. Easy access to shopping centres and cafes.

We stay here on all our trips to Bendigo and are always looked after by Daryle and Christine, feels like home. Huge rooms.

you are greeted as you drive in with tables, chairs, kids toys and trolleys containg coffee biscuits and milk sitting out in the carpark which is outside the managers residence who have no idea what consideration to there guests is all about. from slamming wire doors all night long till 2am each day, partying on in the carpark/ rooms walkway, with language that was not suitable suitable to young children.
There trolley cart to top up room supplies sat outside for the two days we we there with coffee/tea and biscuits used to replenish room supplies and milk that also sat there for 2 days. After seeing that we bought our own. rooms were not properly serviced nor items replenished.
would never return to this hotel and would recommend to visitors, look elsewhere.

If your passing through Bendigo and looking for an overnight stay then this place provides clean accommodation on the main road from Melbourne. It's not flash but it is clean and well located. The office staff are really friendly and helpful.

My wife and I stayed at the Sandhurst for two nights as my wife had a medical appointment at a Bendigo hospital. she was most unwell prior to the afternoon appointment and we requested a delayed servicing of our room. Our hosts cooperated entirely. There were no distractions from house staff attending to other units and our room was attended to during the afternoon, whilst we were away. The Motel was very clean quiet and well serviced. Overall we were very pleased with our stay at the Sandhurst.

Pleasantly surprised with this little motel, for the price it was very comfortable and had very clean rooms, wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again & I will definitely be coming back to stay with a group to visit the local wineries.

I didn't think much of the motel as my friend booked it (because it had electric blanket) for our badminton tournament trip. It looked average from outside, however the room was very clean, the heater, shower and electric blanket all worked very well. It is worth mentioning the owner Daryl was super friendly and was always happy for a chit chat and answering any questions.
I ordered bacon, eggs on toast with tomatoes for breakfast. Daryl cooked it himself and sent to my room. He used local produce which was very fresh, better than many restaurants and cafes. What's more, it costed $10 only. My friend, who ordered the big breakfast, was also raving about how great it was.
My experience at Sandhurst has made my weekend at Bendigo more enjoyable. All the best with your business, Daryl.
