I stayed here with my partner for three nights over Easter weekend; for under $100 a night it was great value. It was relatively clean, the air con worked, and the bathroom was decent enough. I saw the pool and BBQ area and would not use it myself as they weren't up to my standard of cleanliness, but for under $100 a night what with a pool... what are you expecting? Take note: Wi-Fi did not work in my room, nor would i expect it to work anywhere, however Optus and Telstra 4g worked fine - we were able to stream Netflix etc. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if the other rooms were the same as mine. so tamper you're expectations for what you're paying for and you will have a decent stay.

Old motel but room was renovated and king bed great. Our room backed onto another and the people were load and had the TV on till 12:30 which was a shocker for tired traveller. Ask for a room on the end and you’ll be fine. Love the little dog on check in and owner very helpful. Thanks

Negatives first. Dirty cup and toilet seat lid was broken. Positives. Comfortable bed with clean linen, which is as one would expect but doesn't always happen. The price to stay by Australian motel standards, was in line with what you would expect to pay. My only suggestion, is that the door needs a safety chain fitted.

I booked direct with Kerrie, the owner, and so experienced her excellent customer service straight away. Her single rooms were full so she upgraded me and did not even mentioned it until I asked, as the room had a double and a single bed. Nothing seems to be too much trouble, she was there at my check in time, check in was quick and easy and so was check out. Room was spotless with all the amenities that I needed. Couldn't hear any traffic. Room decor was in pastel and white, the room looked really spacious, light and airy. The rate per night that Kerrie charges is really good value, especially when I get Kerrie's friendly cheerful personality included in the package. I will be back again and again!

A good night's sleep was had on the bed. A nice touch was the moisturiser. Although on a service road adjacent to the main road, noise from vehicles didn't make too much of a bother. The curtains blocked the road noise and excess light. The reverse cycle air conditioning works well.

The motel has recently changed hands and the new owners are a lovely couple with a young family. The room is clean and tidy. This was a small room with tv and air conditioning. Drinks and nibbles in the bar fridge were on the house. The motel is across the road from Lansell Plaza which is a major shopping centre and a short drive to the CBD.

Arron and Mel were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble.
The beds are new and very comfy, everything was clean and in working order.
The only thing which would be an improvement (in my opinion) are some sheer privacy curtains or a blind to go with the drapes. Room 9 didn’t have any.
I slept very well & being on the main road into the city centre & across the road from Lansell Square is very conviennent.

A great value option, quick and easy check in, really good location, everything you need in just across the road. Bed was very comfortable, was quite warm when we stayed so no need for the heated blanket (still a nice touch). The air conditioner was perfect though, kept the room exactly how we wanted it.

I stayed one night with my husband. Where the bed was quite comfortable the rest was filthy. Food in fridge, filthy microwave, dirty extra blanket, dirty tea towel. Floor hadn't been vaccumed, dust beside the fridge. I don't think it had been cleaned for ages. I certainly would not stay here again.

The best you could get at those rates. Air conditioned rooms and ideal place in the city. No pressure from the staff about leaving the place early. You get your own fridge, microwave and laundry stuff in the room as well. A great experience overall.
