Dated room.Very creeky bed.Toilet not fastened to the ground.No hot water or heating after 7pm when the sauna is closed. Staff are nice but everything else was disappointing.Breakfast weas good though.

Visited the spar at pennant hall.excellent facilities,friendly staff,very clean and one of the best places for open minded people.had an excellent time and woyld definetly reccomend it to anyone.have been a few spas around the country and this has got to be one of the best.

I had stayed here a few years ago and enjoyed a pleasant stay and so decided to book one night there on my way to Zipworld. I did not realise the hotel had changed hands. On arrival we were taken down into the sauna where we had to book into the hotel in the corridor as men walked passed us...

Come and relax in the pleasant friendly environment of Jack's Hydro Sauna Club - you will soon make new friends in our comfortable Sauna Club. Enjoy the steam room, sauna and spa bath. Or just sit on the secluded sun terrace and watch the world go by. Every Tuesday is bisexual day, open to couples, ladies, bi/open-minded men, tv's and for those who are happy to socialise with bi-people. We look forward to seeing you. Facilities include: 4 lounges, conservatory, video rooms, internet cafe, computer lounge, playrooms, full sauna suite (large whirlpool, dry sauna and steamroom), showers and changing rooms, outside area for smokers,... Towels, shower gel and shampoo are provided Enjoy the steam room, sauna and spa bath. Or just sit on the secluded sun terrace and watch the world go by.
