What a beautiful place. A short drive out of Arklow but what a setting! Brendon is the man....he looks after the gardens, serves the breakfast, gives excellent tour info and is witty and charming to boot. Rose handles the kitchen and serves a mean and hearty Irish Breakfast. Delightful hosts who keep a clean and beautifully decorated home. This was...

This is our 4th stay here. It is a traditionally ran Irish family business that is warm and inviting. There is a great selection for breakfast, cooked to order. Rose and Brendan always have been able to meet our needs and always have exceeded all expectations. They not only know the local area but the whole of Southern Ireland. Even...

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Koliba with Rose and Brendan. The booking process was self explanatory, the reception was the most warm welcome that we have had ever had in Avoca. The Accommodation was perfect in every way, in relationship to Cleanliness, Size, facilities, Value, Service and Sleep Quality. The Breakfast was the BEST we have had in...

Our hosts Rose & Brendan went over and above to make sure all our needs were met and Brendan even scheduled a special visit to a site that we had a particular...

Immaculately kept place with an absolutely gorgeous view. Our room was spacious, the bed comfortable, and with a beautiful bathroom. Each room has a huge window with the same view. Close to many wonderful attractions and the coast. On top of all this, the thing that made our stay the best were our hosts. They were friendly, and treated us...

The B&B is well located, a few minutes drive from Avoca village and Arklow town. The breakfast was very good, with all you can expect and of good quality. We...

Mary and her husband were wonderful hosts. We enjoyed our stay. IrishTourism, Tina O'Connor, booked this for our group of 10 for our 2 week tour of Ireland. Warm, friendly and great breakfast. We hired a driver through IrishTourism and Tina which made our trip complete.
