My 87 year old mother and I recently spent four nights at Carrigbyrne Lodge, it was an excellent location from which to tour the area, with an excellent pub very close by. The family were extremely welcoming and very helpful. The accommodation was first class and the wonderful breakfast set us up for the whole day. We took full advantage...

After finding Carrigbyrne Lodge website, which looked good, we checked the reviews here at TripAdvisor. These all talked of good experiences. We where not disappointed, Ian, Noelle and their family where very welcoming and where always happy to advise us on where to visit and get the best from the South East area. The breakfast was of exceptional standard and...

Beautiful new house; luxurious suite; welcoming hosts. Noelle and Ian not only welcomed us, but also treated our teen daughters with equal welcome & respect. The sunroom/breakfast room was a nice place to plan our trip over a cup of tea upon arrival. Yes the breakfast is a bit lighter, and beautifully plated. Great recommendations for local dinner and for...

Although staying only one night we were made to feel part of the family. Great hosts , great breakfast and first class accomodation. Certainly would come back to this B and B on our next trip to Ireland. Best wishes for the future, Lynne & Roly.

Just spent a night here while working in the area. This is a very manicured house with lovely rooms. Mine had a dreesing room as well as en suite. Ian the owner is a lovely guy and very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great. I'm not really into big fry ups so it was nice to get some muselli...

We stayed in this Bed and Breakfast (farmstay) in a twin bedroom for 4 nights and we were very satisfied. Carrigbyrne Lodge is rated as a 4 star accomodation but they deserve a 5 star, so higly recommended!! Ian (a modern and emancipated landlord/husband) takes care for the breakfast which is the best you can get. All fresh ingredients with...

Although the house appeared to be 'out of the way', it was actually the perfect place to do our sightseeing in Waterford, Wexford, etc. The B&B is beautiful and the setting is lovely. Ian is a wonderful host. I highly recommend this place.

This is an "out of the way" sweet spot. Very comfortable and welcoming. Spacious bedroom, dressing room and bathroom. We had a generous breakfast and were given great tips by fellow guests and Ian. Wish we'd stayed there longer as the location is good for the south east tourist.

Thank Nan O
