What can I say about this B&B. So friendly, room spotless and large and great location. Forget a hotel if going to Sligo this is a must. Will happily stay here again anytime when in Sligo. Some great walks etc close to b&b and less than 10 min walk to town centre

Our host Mary was delightful and very helpful. The B and B was lovely in every way. It was clean, comfortable and well located to city center, The breakfast was fabulous, Mary takes her culinary skills very seriously and it shows when you have breakfast which was amazing. Overall, I cannot think of anything I would have changed about our... More

We stayed in Pearse Lodge for two nights during the first week of October and it was terrific. Our room was called the Beech Room...a spotlessly clean room with a large comfortable bed and added amenities not normally found in a B and B room...wine fridge, wine glasses, an espresso machine, etc. Mary and Kieran are enthusiastic and welcoming hosts... We stayed for one night. It is no wonder this B&B is number 1 on Trip Advisor. Mary and Kieran thought of everything. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. Mary suggested the PERFECT restaurant (Hargadon) with music early in the evening. Breakfast was delicious - fresh ground coffee, Drambuie with our porridge, pastries, fruits, etc. The breakfast was prepared... More

We've stayed in numerous good B&Bs during our 3 weeks in Ireland, and Pearse Lodge definitely wins the prize for the best. They've thought of everything to make your stay comfortable, including small touches like quality dark chocolate on the bed each day. More importantly, our room was spacious, immaculately clean and very well appointed. The numerous high quality choices... More

My husband and I stayed at Pearse Lodge recently. Pearse Lodge was my favorite lodging during our two week trip to Ireland. The room was really nice, comfortable and clean. Breakfast was delicious, with so many options and nice touches. The French toast was wonderful and the coffee was great! Our hosts were so helpful. Kieran gave us many tips... More

We spent one night in this b&b and it was a most pleasant experience. The hosts were very welcoming and friendly. They were extremely helpful with information about the town and particularly restaurants. Our room was clean and comfortable. Next morning we had a really excellent breakfast, which we had ordered from an extensive menu the previous evening. Overall this... More

After a not-so-nice experience in a hotel in Strandhill we booked a room with Kieran and Mary last-minute. Their place is fantastic, rooms are big and pretty and you feel at home immediately. Ten minutes walking from Sligo town. Kieran and Mary are very welcoming and friendly, always up for a chat. And the breakfast... sooo goooddd. We are sad... More

Haven't stayed here for a few years, but glad to say the standards are as high as ever. Friendly hosts, well appointed room, great breakfast, wonderful attention to detail. Superb. We should know as we run Arkle House bed and breakfast in Derry.
