From the four B&Bs that we stayed in on our Ireland trip, this was the best. The house was beautiful, very clean, and comfortable. The shower was brilliant - lots of room. Ita was very welcoming and made us a lovely breakfast. We really enjoyed our stay. The only problem is that it sets such a high standard that it...

My daughter and I stayed at the Iorras Bed and Breakfast while traveling the Wild Atlantic Way. I wish I had more time to enjoy this beautiful B&B in an amazing location near a great beach in Sligo. The B&B itself was nicely decorated and the breakfast was by far the best I had throughout Ireland. Not only did we...

Beautiful home, lovely room, VERY clean, GREAT breakfast. Greeted with tea and coffee and sweet bread on arrival. Beautiful fresh flowers in the entry. Good parking. Gave us great advice on where to eat. Helped us carry our bags upstairs. Very comfy bed. Best place we've stayed in Ireland.

Ita was a wonderful hostess, welcoming us with a cup of tea and some home baked goodies. Room was very comfortable and enjoyed the extra little touches. Ita also recommended things to see and where to eat. A very yummy and beautifully presented breakfast.

Ita and Gerry are fantastic hosts. Ita's attention to detail, cleanliness and hospitality sets the benchmark for B&B in Ireland. Her tasty home baked goods are plentiful and they go out their way to make your stay delightful. I particularly enjoyed the mid morning scones and coffee that she brought me when she saw me catching up on some work....

Iorras is a delightful bed and breakfast and Ita is a charming hostess. Even though a communication hiccough meant that she hadn't received our email confirming that we would like to stay, Ita was very welcoming and hospitable. She gave us excellent sightseeing and restaurant tips...but the breakfast she served was the highlight of our eating in County Sligo! Attention...

Ita was incredibly kind, welcoming and helpful! The room was spacious and she even leaves you a treat for your arrival. Very quiet and close to everything you could possibly need . Plus did I mention French toast on the breakfast menu? ??

This B&B is situated a little way outside Sligo but that's fine given Ita or Gerry will give you a lift into town and there are plenty of reasonably priced taxis to get you back. They are very welcoming and friendly, the rooms are great and the breakfast is wonderful. What more can you ask?

Rose and I stayed at Iorras because it was on the way to a horse-riding experience the following day (Donegal Equestrian Centre). We have come to expect certain qualities in an Irish B&B and Iorras was among the best. We were very welcomed and made to feel at home. Jerry settled us in and even called down to a local...
