An Cruiscin Lan was a convenient spot for our one night in Sligo. Clean and serviceable, fairly good breakfasts. Liam pointed us to a good pub for dinner. Onsite parking was a plus!

We arrived in Sligo later than we had planned due to our visit to Carrowkeel Megalithic Cemetery made all the more magical due to the unseasonal hail and heavy rain which miraculously cleared just in time for our visit. Our good fortune was no doubt due to the intervention on our behalf by Philomena the receptionist who smiled beatifically at...

I cannot say enough about our wonderful stay at An Cruiscin Lan. As soon as we met Liam and Geraldine we felt at home. Our original plan was to spend 2 nights but we actually extended our stay. The location was excellent. We LOVED breakfast. We loved the choices of juice, dry cereals, fruit, bread and I cannot forget the...

Very much enjoyed our one night stay. Hosts are very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Liam gave us good advice on where to eat and drink. Our room was simply furnished but very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. Only place we stayed that had fruit juice in the room which was a nice touch. Good breakfast. Very helpful...

Very nice and professional service. Very nice private room with bathroom (2 towels available per person). Blinds and curtains are an advantage so street lights or sunlight won't wake you up. Drinks (water, juice, tea and coffee) and snacks available in the room (for free). Delicious and comprehensive breakfast (even vegetarian option available). Wireless Internet is also a plus. Good...

I came to Sligo to see Larry Kirwan perform at the Yeats Center. I'm from the States and don't know the area, but stumbled upon An Cruiscin Lan. What a great deal! Very affordable, nice clean, spacious rooms with own bathroom, free wifi, and breakfast - oh boy, what a treat! Liam served up the big Irish bf and I...

Recently stayed at An Cruiscin Lan (pron: 'ahn krushkeen lahn' - ish, if you imagine the 'a' to be as in a posh English 'bath') with two friends for a weekend away, so we took the three bed ensuite room. The room was very comfy and spacious for a 3 bed room, with a clean and pleasant bathroom separated from...

Hi Zidertastic & friends, Great to see you enjoyed you visit to our B&B, & many thanks for your high recommendations. I see you met Philomena, our 24 x 7 receptionist. She dosen`t say alot, but is very reliable & is low maintenance. We hope to see you again sometime. Geraldine & Liam.

My brother, Bernard and I stayed for 2 nights here on a trip to see our ancestral stamping grounds around Sligo, Riverstown, and Collooney and we can honestly say that our hosts Liam and Geraldine were one of the highlights of a trip full of them. They even put up with our somewhat off-beat humour (well we call it humour)...
