The hosts at the Waterside go beyond what they offer on the website. My stay was so comfortable and welcoming. The location is fantastic down by the quay and very short distance from the greenway. Highly recommend the Waterside.

Sue made our stay, she was a delight from the start. Chatty, helpful and friendly. The room was comfortable and very clean. Good choices for nibbles and coffee and a fantastic view. We especially appreciated being able to order dinner and eat it downstairs because we traveled during restrictions. Oh and the breakfast was delicious, again we had Sue to thank. The only thing that I felt could be improved was the doors in the hotel. They are very light and thin so there is no sound insulation. For example when you are in the toilet it offers no privacy.

We stayed in the Waterside BnB for two days. The BnB was ideally located beside the quay with excellent views of the bay. Sue the host was very welcoming and accommodating, offering tips on local tourist trips we could make. The breakfast was top notch and Sues poached eggs are highly recommended :) Thanks for everything. Will definitely be back Tom and Brendan

The Waterside B&B on the quays in Westport is a beautiful place to stay. The host Sue was a very welcoming person. The room was lovely and clean and we had a beautiful view of the sea. It was within walking distance of the lovely restaurants and bars in the area. we would highly recommend this B&B to anyone. Thanks Sue from Kathleen and all our group from Kerry.

We stayed in the lovely Waterside apartment. It was perfect for us and beautifully decorated. So many thoughtful touches including sweets and crisps left for us. I also have to say that Barney could not have been kinder. We were originally scheduled to go two weeks before our stay to the B&B but had to cancel on the morning as I realised our dog couldn’t go to kennels as she hadn’t had a kennel cough vaccine. Rang Barney and he couldn’t have been nicer. Rebooked us into the apartment. I think many others would not have been as understanding. Overall the perfect stay for us in Westport. Breakfasts in The Creel and dinners in The Tower. A perfect staycation.
