Just had a wonderful 2 night stay in the Castlecourt Hotel. the hotel was stunning and the service was impeccable, the staff couldn't do enough. All Covid guidelines are being followed to the highest regard. Hotel is spotless and feels safe. Amazing stay, we will be back. We dined in Coveys on recommendation from front desk as the restaurant in Castlecourt was closed, it's in the sister hotel Westport Plaza connected to this hotel and we weren't disappointed.
We stayed 5 nights at the Castlecourt Hotel recently & had a great time! We were a bit worried about the health & safety aspect due to the current pandemic but there was no need as everything was very well organised. There were hand sanitisers everywhere & when your room was cleaned it had a seal put onto the door so you knew no-one else had gone into it. All the staff were very polite & helpful & all wore their face covering which was very re-assuring. I have to say a very special thanks to Blathnaid who is the Guest Relations Manager. She is so kind, patient & always treats you as her number one priority! A true example of putting the guests first! We are so looking forward to our next trip back to the Castlecourt Hotel. We wish we could go back tomorrow!!
We ended our week long staycation in the Castlecourt Hotel. The reception staff were very welcoming and check in was seamless. There was a group of 12 of us in total, we entered the hotel staggered to allow for social distancing in the Hotel Lobby and the Reception staff were extremely efficient in dealing with our booking. Due to existing restrictions it was not possible to all be seated together, however each morning the staff ensured that we were sat at two tables of 6 for our breakfast, meaning that as many of us as allowed within the current guidelines could sit together. We had two children with us so used the swimming pool numerous times and the Leisure Centre staff were also very welcoming - on the day of our arrival we didn't get to the pool until late and kids have to be out by 6.30 however as there was nobody else in the pool at the time the friendly staff member came to say we could stay for longer if we liked. The food in the hotel was lovely, with some members of the group eating in the hotel on both nights of our stay. All staff wore their face coverings correctly so we never once felt uneasy whilst in the hotel and also there was sufficient space between tables to allow for social distancing. Will definitely be returning to the Castlecourt at some time in the future.…
My friend and I ere just back from a 5 day stay at the Castlecourt, In spite of all the extra precaution that had to be taken we had a fantastic time.
