Very central, about a 7minute walk to town (in heels!!) and the daughter Eimear was lovely on check in. The room was beautifully made up, the ensuite was a little snug but we dont spend much time in there so its not a major deal!! Unfortunately the next morning we never made it for breakfast, but the smells wafting from...

Family of four adults traveling through for one night. We had a single room, small for four adults but still enough space. Rooms were comfortable and cozy, and the house is very homey. Myra and Eammon cooked up a tasty and large breakfast, with the self service options (yogurt, cereals, breads, etc.) being varied and filling. We talked with Myra...

We stayed in room no 6 at the back of the house, it was comfortable and spacious and the mattresses were really comfortable. Eammon the owner was really friendly and helpful, all in all a good stay. It was only a five minute downhill walk to Westport town centre but a steep hike back perhaps for some, although fine for...

The B&B is in a great location close to the town. The owners were really lovely and easy to chat to. Breakfast was brilliant - a fruit salad and selection of cereals or a full fry. Plenty available too!

Great location in walking distance to the town centre. Breakfast was great and staff friendly and helpful. We could not connect to the wifi in our room. The router seems to be next to the front door so if you need internet better get a room close to there. A nice little touch would have been soap in the room....

This B&B is conveniently located 5 minutes from the town centre. It is a downhill walk to town - steep, uphill to the B&B so good to work off the Guinness. The rooms are clean and spacious and there is plenty of off street parking. The only negative was the breakfast - the fried egg was burnt and the extra...

My very fussy friend and I stayed in this place for one night as we were going to cycle the Great Western Greenway. The welcome we received, after we changed our date twice (in hope of getting decent weather) was warm and kind. Our bedroom was lovely and quiet as well as clean and fresh. When the proprietor heard we...

Only there for a couple of nights along with friends ,made very welcome by the owners and their lovely home. only a short walk to the centre of Westport. Enjoyed the multitude of eating places and several of the bars. we were there over a holiday weekend so everywhere was very busy. and you will love the freshly cooked Irish...

We were very pleased with our stay at the Elderberry B&B in Westport. Our room was nicely decorated and spacious. The bathroom was modern and spotless. But the BEST part was the breakfast! Everything was fresh and delicious . . . fresh strawberries and sweet melons and TWO kinds of homemade breads! Absolutely the best breakfast we had during our...

“In room six there was some noise from a tv down below us but it didn't bother us and we had a good nights sleep, nice quiet location.”
