Was treated to a festive afternoon tea by a good friend in the library of the Limerick Savoy Hotel. Marvellous! The hotel itself is part of a terraced structure in the city centre fronting directly onto the busy Henry street with no garden or parking. There are public high rise Carpark directly across the street. The library is to the...

We had a wonderful afternoon at the Savoy today. Eva organised a section for 14 ladies to have afternoon tea. Plenty of tea, coffee, sandwiches, scones and dainty cakes. They even catered for celiac with a full gluten free option. We ordered 9 teas to start with and that was more than enough. They even boxed up the leftover cakes...

It is 8:18pm on a Wednesday night of Xmas week and there is a few of us in the bar of the hotel. 4 people in our party and there is a total of 15 customers in the bar. It lacks atmosphere, Xmas ambiance, no soft back ground music to break the dead silence. For me it's a must avoid...

Went with a group for our annual Christmas get together. It was our second year in the Savoy. Meal was excellent and service was prompt. The little additions of the mulled wine and mince pies with the coffee added to our overall satisfaction. Christie at reception needs mention for his welcome and attention.

Great hotel in central location in Limerick. Stayed here recently with a big group of friends and we availed of the Here Come the Girls package. The staff were lovely. Late checkout and breakfast was a great benefit on Sunday morning. Molton Brown products were in plentiful supply in the bathroom. Really enjoyed relaxing and reading Image magazine in the...

A delicious festive afternoon tea. I love afternoon tea and this was one of the better ones, plenty of food, sandwiches, scones and lovely cakes. Even a little cup of soup. It was made festive with the addition of mulled wine and mince pies. Rally enjoyed it all, will be back.
