We stayed as a group of 6 ladies on a social visit. From the moment we walked through the door we were treated like royalty. We were given an upgrade to the executive floor. The rooms were fabulous. We had access to the executive lounge on the 7th floor which was a very relaxing space with complimentary refreshments and snacks....

Fantastic hotel, stayed for one night on a business trip, check in was easy and staff very pleasant, had a room with a balcony overlooking the river - albeit it was a bit cold to sit outside, can imagine it to be very nice in summer. the executive lounge contained free tea/coffee/cold drinks and snacks staff very helpful in directing...

Very helpful and friendly staff. We've stayed here on numerous occasions but the standard has slipped I feel. The standard of breakfast food and staff at breakfast was very disappointing. There was no hot water in the bathroom sink taps. Highlights would be the location and we enjoyed a lovely afternoon in the library with Prosecco and cheeseboard. Although funnily enough...

It was the first time for us in Ireland. We flew in from the States and arrived at Shannon in the early morning. We decided to drive to hotel to find out what time we could check in that afternoon. Upon arrival at check in desk, we were told that we get in to our room by 9am. We parked...

Myself and my wife treated ourselves to a 2 night stay on 31/10/16 and 01/11/16. The location is central in Limerick city and perfect for shopping and dining/pubs. Upon check in we were upgraded to a junior suite. We were asked prior to this was there an occasion for our stay and we sheepishly said it was my wife's birthday,...

Stayed here for a city break with my fiance. It is in a nice location, very central. The room was average for a 5 star. Bed was comfy and very clean. The bar had lovely cocktails and the Hamptons restaurant next door is very nice. Breakfast nice.

First stay here, but certainly will not be the last! Got an excellent B&B rate of €120 for a bank holiday Sunday night, fantastic value. The hotel is ideally located right in the heart of Limerick City. We stayed in a room on the 8th floor with lovely views of the River Shannon. The bedroom was a lovely size and...

Room was nice. Bathroom was class. Hotel bar was good but they didn't always get the order right. The service at breakfast time was shockingly bad. Ordering coffee even took a couple of attempts. The car park is across the street over head Dunnes Stores.

I really should give this hotel one star because, upon arrival, our pre-booked, pre-paid room was not available as it had been flooded by the previous guest. With the hotel full, we had to be accommodated elsewhere in a sister hotel just round the corner. It could have been a disaster. I want to single our the Head Concierce Mike...
