This Hotel, while a bit dated is centrally located and within walking distance of the City. Its staff are very friendly and very helpful. Parking for the Hotel is a nearby secure underground carpark that costs just €4.00 per day. Breakfast is served in the bar with a good variety on the Buffet. Poached eggs were available on request. Rooms...

I don't know where to start it was so bad. Checked into my room which was just the worst room I've ever seen in a hotel. The bed linen was dirty and torn. The carpet was very badly stained and ripped and there was mould on the ceiling. Complained to receptionist (who was lovely) and was given another room. This...

Faulty window in first room when request to move was down graded from double to twin.. There was a bad smell in the hallway heading towards the rooms on the second floor. I had an evening meal there and only half the meal came out with 15min for the rest.(Food ended up being cold) . For breakfast didn't have a...

stayed for one night only but was very disappointed by the actual condition of the hotel. It needs a major revamp to keep customers flowing. Staff were great cant complain about them at all. very attentive and friendly.

Attended for carvery lunch. Peas and fish hard, who knows how long they were in storage? Exactly the same on previous visit. There seemed to be a nice atmosphere but on both occasions the food was very bad. Didn't stay there so can't comment on that side of things.

Hotel very dated, very basic but I suppose you get what you pay for. In this case it's not all about looks, the staff make this place. Reception very nice and helpful, bar staff very chatty and breakfast staff very nice and professional. The room was spotless, the tv in the room was Way to big and I was annoyed...

Really don't get the negative reviews of this hotel. Bright & clean everywhere. Very friendly helpful staff. Good bar & menu. Good size room with ensuite. Everything in room you would expect & need. Not a very nice view from bedroom window but it is city centre so hello! Good breakfast. Very near rail/bus station & within 5 mins walk...

We stayed at Pery's Hotel our first night in Ireland. They allowed us to check-in early and held our bags for the 3 hours we waited. The clerk have us a map and suggested a walking tour to kill the time; it was perfect. The bathroom was a little tight, but you expect that in an old hotel. Location, if...

Run down and does not warrant any rating until management have respect for paying customers and carry out basic repairs. Torn curtains and seating, dirty t bales and lazy bar staff, cannot be bothered. A suited male , assume manager walking around also oblivious to the cluttered tables, dirty glasses and grubby look of the place. Opened windows to provide...

Hotel was clean, evening meal and breakfast was well worth the cost. Pleasant staff. Good priced bar. Cleaning was of high standard. Good duo singing in Tait's bar. Close to the train and bus station.
