I didn't stay in this hotel as I was only here for a business meeting. The staff made my visit so relaxed I forgot I was here to work. The gentleman that serviced my meeting room couldn't do enough. Job well done folks, keep up the good work.

Great hotel very friendly reception- gave good advice for a local Chinese restaurant. Room very clean and tidy bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was fine, just that we asked for hash browns which they said that had. Then they served fried potatoes. We don't like boiled fried potatoes. Lesson to hotel always ask your customers if it is ok to...

Booked using booking.com When I went to check in was informed they didn't take cash, girl at desk was very rude, shouting at me saying it is clearly stated on the web page, this was not stated in my confirmation email and you have to look really hard to find it on booking.com!!! No card no room that's what I...

I stayed in a lot of hotels both in Ireland and around the world. My one night stay here is up there with the worst I have ever had. Rough part of town, Make sure you park in the underground, do not eat in the bar if you can help it, do not use the "spa", I think I picked...

My partner and I stayed here for one night and although the rate was ok for what we got, you certainly would not want to pay any more. The bathroom needs a makeover and some cleaning of the chrome is required. The plug in the sink was not functioning as it should and there was ingrained mould in the silicone....

We stopped in Limerick for one night on our way to the Cliffs of Moher. If I had been to Ireland before I would have gone further and not stayed in Limerick at all. The hotel seemed to be in not a great area and had signs posted that the hotel was responsible for missing times in cars, they had...

Stayed here on the 1st of December for three days while working in Croom, the hotel offered my colleague and myself everything that wee needed. The room was a good side, clean and tidy. The food in the restaurant was nice each evening wee had dined and the breakfast was brilliant. Plenty of selection to choose from whether you wanted...
