Stayed here on the 1st of December for three days while working in Croom, the hotel offered my colleague and myself everything that wee needed. The room was a good side, clean and tidy. The food in the restaurant was nice each evening wee had dined and the breakfast was brilliant. Plenty of selection to choose from whether you wanted...

We had to book last minute due to a family bereavement. We arrived and the reception staff immediately noticed that my mum has difficulty walking. She changed our room to the ground floor, close enough to the restaurant, etc. The bedroom was a triple and was modern, very clean and comfortable. We had a slight problem with the water running...

Very disappointed. Only for the staff i would not recommend this place to anyone. We were greeted by a lovely receptionist and went to our room. Average room, we didn't really mind since we were only staying for 1 night until i noticed our double bed was 2 single beds pushed together. The food was below par, the chicken literally...

This hotel needs to close; re appraise how it operates and re open with a whole new approach. Booked in at reception with extended family for 4 rooms. When we got to rooms, one wasn't ready, for another the key didn't work and a third smelt of cigarette smoke. All rooms are dated. Had booked a taxi with reception for...

My friends and I picked this hotel as we had rented a car and were making day trips, and this hotel was not only close to Limerick but handy to the Motorway out of town. Lots of parking provided. This is a modern property with a nice big lobby. The room was a nice size and furnished tastefully. We opted...

We came from Donegal to visit relations. Brilliant Hotel, great rooms and leisure centre and everything ya need at a great rate. The Bristo and bar was fantastic and really looked after by Eoin, Tony and Amy!! Highly recommended by us. The service was superb even though we are from Donegal lmao.

I have stayed here several times as a solo business traveller. The staff are always friendly and helpful and the beds and rooms are fine and a good size, and the wifi is free and works OK, but the hotel is out of the centre (5 mins by taxi) and the surrounding area is deprived to say the least. The...
