This B&B was pretty close to all the fun stuff in Kilkenny. As soon as we arrived we were greeted by the friendly and lovable house dog Bob, and Ivonne gave such a warm welcome. She gave excellent tips on what to do in Kilkenny and helped us plan our day. The room was clean, comfortable with space for luggage,...

I just happened upon the Butler Court when I was looking for a Saturday night place to stay. I found out later that it is a "Rick Steves" recommended place. The location is in the middle of the downtown area so it is easy to leave your car parked and walk the area. It is also walking distance to the...

Excellent central location in Kilkenny. We pulled up to the entrance, dropped our stuff off in the room, and parked the car in a nearby garage that was offered free of charge by Butler Court. Good assortment of fruits, cereals, and yogurts available for breakfast. John was very generous to let us use the parking garage after we checked out...

She showed us where to go with lots of excellent recommendations. Parking is a little far away from the B&B, however it was not an issue for is. Breakfast is continental...

Butler Court was as promised. We had large rooms on the ground floor with a large bath. It was nice having a frig and the breakfast/snack tray was very nice. Even though it was chilly we sat out in the courtyard for tea and took pictures with Bob the dog. Recommendations for food and music were good and we enjoyed...

We LOVED our stay in Butler Court. The owners were more than nice and the room was fantastic. Bob, the owner's dog, was very well behaved and appreciative of a pat from travelers. There is no parking at the site, but a convenient parking garage right down the road. We got all the information we asked for from the owners...

The Butler Court B & B was a wonderful stopover for four of us recently. We stayed with John & Yvonne for two nights and loved every minute of it. They are both friendly, helpful, and very considerate. The rooms are spacious and very clean. They are contemporary and well-appointed. The Butler Court location is just about perfect for staying...

Butler Court is a great place to stay. The host's are friendly and helpful. Clean and classy, with a fridge in our room ,which was helpful. The rooms were great with a kingsize bed...
