We absolutely loved this B&B. When we arrived we asked about a local laundromat. The homeowner insisted on doing it for us. Our room was beautiful and comfortable. The view was amazing. Don't hesitate to book here.

I had a wonderful stay here. I felt very at home. The scenery is beautiful, and what an absolutely delightful host Marie was. Rooms were very clean and well kept, breakfast was delicious. I really recommend this B&B, I dont have a single bad thing to say!

Ard Alainn was our first stop after landing in Dublin, and we could not have been happier with our choice. Marie was very friendly and very hospitable, and her home is beautiful and only a short drive from downtown Kilkenny. Her "full Irish" breakfast was excellent but she offers other options as well. Highly recommended! If we go back to...

Marie was very nice and hospitable. Her home is lovely and she made every accommodation to help our visit be a pleasant one. The small details she included in our room for our comfort made this a nice place to stay. Wafer candies in our room, a power converter for our use, plenty of towels and bathroom accessories. Breakfast was...

This B&B is just a little was out of town so it's quiet and still convenient. Marine is an excellent hostess who will help to make your trip enjoyable with a good hearty breakfast and tips on local attractions. The Rome are nice and the beds are comfortable.

My wife and I and my mother stayed here back in May. Ard Alainn B&B is on the outskirts of Kilkenny, a great town with lots of incredible history and some great places to eat and hoist a pint. The B&B itself has amazing views. From the window of our room, we were overlooking an incredibly beautiful countryside. The view...

We needed last minute accommodations in kilkenny. We called and were able to get two nights at this adorable B and B same day The room and bathroom were quite small but the view and quiet, peaceful surroundings more than made up for it. Marie is very welcoming and friendly. Understanding our frustration at finding out there is no such...

My husband and I stayed for one night in early May 2015. I can't say enough about this B&B. The accommodations were extremely clean and comfortable. The grounds are just beautiful, looking out over rolling hills and grazing cattle. Short and easy drive into town. Marie and her daughter Ciara are so sweet and caring. Breakfast was huge and delicious....

This was our favorite BnB on our two week honeymoon in Ireland. The lovely house was situated perfectly in the country and the entire experience was warm and friendly. I even got to play a little piano! A must-stay to feel like you are at home and truly experience Ireland.

Marie was a lovely hostess. The house is surrounded by green pastures where you can enjoy watching the calves play. There are roads for walking and the accommodations were very comfortable and clean. My husband left his shirt and Marie mailed it back to us in the States. I highly recommend Ard Alainn.
