After being on the road for 6 weeks we were thrilled to spend our last 2 nights in Ireland at such a comfortable and well run B & B. Our first floor room was spacious and comfortable and offered all amenities. Coffee and tea making facilities were available downstairs in the guest sitting room, but I still prefer to have... More

The hosts are charming and welcoming. Everything was politely explained from arrival, making me feel very welcome and comfortable. Tea & Coffee is downstairs and available all the time, instead of being in the room, but no big deal. The bed and doona was sooo embracingly warm and cozy. one of the best sleeps of my extended travel. Breakfast was... More

As a B&B it does not lack a lot really. The rooms are neat and cozy though it misses a tea kit in the room which I really find essential. One has to go to the common area down stairs to get some tea or coffee. The fire alarm in our room went off accidentally, maybe because of the steam... More

Great B&B in central Kilkenny. The en-suite rooms are spotless and the breakfast is fantastic, with ample amounts of fruit including some delicious local strawberries and blackberries. The hosts are low maintenance and the whole process is pretty seamless. This B&B is very good value for Kilkenny with ample parking in a quiet neighbourhood. You can call them any time... More

The property is easy to find and has good parking which makes it a good choice if you are nervous about driving and parking in towns. The owner provided us with a telephone so we could order a taxi which came within minutes to take us into town (it was raining). Taxi there 7€, taxi back 8.20€ for four people.... More

Stayed here with my family for two nights in the Summer of 2015. Absolutely spotless b&b and very comfy spacious triple room with two ensuites and t.v. The decor is a little outdated but that certainly can be overlooked. Although near a busy road it was quiet overnight. Good access to Kilkenny City from here. This stay was enjoyable.

We had an overnight stay, twin room. Standard of room was immaculate, en suite was spotless, towel supply was fantastic. Fresh coffee, selection of cereals, yoghurts and fresh fruit were available at breakfast, along with a selection of different breads toasted to compliment a wonderfully delicious cooked breakfast, service was friendly and we would visit here again and recommend to... If you don't have a car, this B&B is a bit of a walk from town, but not all that bad if you enjoy walking. The rooms are clean and a decent size and the tea service is very nice, but the beds are on the stiff side. The breakfast is OUTSTANDING, and we would return again just for that!... More

Homely environment, nice and friendly owner (He made himself available to give us a ride downtown, we appreciated that very much), tidy and clean. Very good breakfast. If you don't have the car it takes approximately 35 minutes on foot to reach downtown kilkenny.
