Perfectly located in the heart of Kilkenny, lovely food and great service. We were away for a kids free weekend and this hotel was perfect. Kilkenny is s beautiful spot with lots of entertainment on the hotels doorstep.

I was satisfied with the food and enjoyed the atmosphere of the hotel! Staying in a hotel located within walking distance to all of our planned activity destinations was perfect, too. We we able to find our way back without a problem, as the hotel was easy to spot on the corner, too.

Very run down hotel dilapidated hotel. Rooms and decor were terrible. Lucky we had twin beds as the double rooms looked to be so uncomfortable and cramped. Breakfast was very good and staff were very pleasant, courteous and helpful.

Good quality, spacious room which was spotless. Breakfast had a good selection and service was swift. Staff were very nice without being over the top. The bar is nice and cosy and just right for a quiet drink before you hit the town.

Gym pass for premises 5 miles away. Parking offsite. Poor furnishing in bedroom. Dark and depressing décor throughout. I did enjoy the breakfast and the receptionist was very helpful on checking in and out.
