This could be such a great hotel. It's away from the city center which is a plus since it is quiet and has lots of free parking. However it is very run down, does not have enough staff to run the reception, bar and a couple of parties that were taking place while we were there. The waitress girls did...

I found it absolutely excellent. The staff were very friendly, nothing was too much trouble, the food was excellent with great offers and the drink was very reasonably priced. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The bar even put on finger food for our group without even being asked.

Stayed here for a hen party... Not idea for a couples break or relaxing break away. Very noisy. We didn't realise until leaving that you have to lock the bedrooms doors, even though they close automatically they don't lock!! Anyone could have gone into our room at any time. Not very clean. No pressure in the shower at all, the...

Third or fourth time to call here this time for lunch, good varied selection on the menu all reasonably priced. Service was very quick and the staff very friendly the food very good and piping hot. Lunch is served from 12 noon and it is advisable to be early as it seems to become quite busy from 1.00pm.

Booked this hotel during cat laughs festival so the options were very limited. It is very tired and dated. Did not smell good in reception area. Stairs and corridor need a good clean and room felt grimy. Shower was the worst I have ever experienced and provided barely a trickle of water. When it was time to check out a...

Visiting from London on a PR trip with my model friends. Ready enjoyed my stay at this place. John and Bobby were fantastic "craic' (whatever that means) and the room and breakfast was great. The staff were ever so friendly. My only problem with the place is they wouldn't play Eastenders in the bar and they only played what I...

Prices tho have not changed since my last visit. €35 includes full all you can eat breakfast. A pint of lager will set you back only €4.60 Must be one of the cheapest in town. Good to see...
