We stayed here last week for my husband's birthday - the hotel looks lovely, has great views and is well maintained. Unfortunately we all had a terrible nights sleep - the room was so hot despite us having the window open and 2 of our party of 3 found the beds extremely uncomfortable. I would like to suggest that someone...

The hotel is located a short drive north of Tralee, with gorgeous views from the front. Reception was lovely and we were greeted with...

Bedrooms were too cold and had no working hot water in the shower , no complementary water in room , check in was quick because of the snobbiness of receptionist working. Breakfast was very nice staff were very conscious that everything was ok for you.
