Me and my mom regularly go to Tralee shopping. Lunch in the Imperial was highly recommended to us by a friend of ours so we decided to try it out with hopes of making it out regular stop for lunch for future shopping trips. When we arrived there was no one at reception to greet us or any indication as...

Dear Ms O Shea Apologies for the late response to your Trip Advisor review, it was with great disappointment that I read of your account of your visit to us, It is most certainly not in line with our standards. I would like to further discuss with you the review and your experience I would be grateful If you could...

Had 2 4 Course Lunches for €19.95 each. Chowder and Brie were excellent. Chowder loaded with fish unlike other places where veg is used to fill it out. Main course of fish excellent. Beef also good but perhaps peppercorn sauce should have been served on the side as not everybody's choice. Dessert portions were very generous. Excellent Americanos to finish....

This establishment is hard to fault with its proximity to the town centre, comfortable and clean rooms and wonderful staff. It will tick all of those boxes and provide you with a great place to stay. The greatest fault is that our room faced the front of the hotel outside which is one of the busiest streets in Tralee. The...

Stayed five nights. Town centre location. Close to all amenities. Good breakfast plus dining in is a good option as the food is good quality and reasonably priced. There is free on site parking at the rear via a side alley way entrance so you need to drive carefully, especially if you rent a large people carrier like I did....

Imperial Hotel is well located in the Tralee town. The hotel and rooms were clean and comfortable although the mattress suffered from being sat on too much. Free parking behind the hotel was tricky, however, meter parking was available. The hotel is old and has some charm, nothing spectacular, no lift if that is a concern. Reception was friendly and...

I stayed in this hotel for two nights in September during my six week European trip. I booked it last minute to get away from the discomfort of constantly staying in accommodation with single beds, and was relieved that a room with a Queen bed was available. It was indeed comfortable, and I did sleep well during my stay. The...

We stayed one night at the Imperial on our three week trip around Ireland. We just walked in on the hope they had a double room available, which they did. The room was cute and clean and the staff went out of their way to help us get our bags to the room and give us ideas and directions for...

We were traveling through Ireland on our way to Adare. We needed to book a B&B for the night. We stopped in at the Imperial Hotel in the afternoon and asked for some help booking the nights stay. I was charmed by the lobby and bar and wished we could stop here for the night, but we did need to...
