As we travelled as a large group, I had a lot of correspondence with Emma at reversations who was extremely obliging and patient. The group were very happy with their rooms and breakfast was good and plentiful. Staff were friendly. Booking in at reception was easy. We ate out in the town that evening and were happy to go as the...

Very good location, excellent breakfast, friendly staff. Located a little outside of the central part of the town of Killarney. Breakfast was simply great, probably the best that I ever had in my many trips in Ireland. Very good beds, in our room we had one twin and probably a queen beds. The only issue is that the rooms do...

Free WiFi and free breakfast. This hotel is a short 10 minute drive to Killarney town center. Friendly staff and clean and comfortable rooms. Overall a great experience. Only complaint might be a long walk up to the room and the bed was 2 twins pushed together and my wife kept falling in the hidey hole.

We stayed at the hotel on the May bank holiday weekend. The international rally was on and it was very noisy around the town. We were lucky - we got a family room at the back of the hotel which was very quiet. The family room had two interconnecting rooms and a small kitchenette. The staff were friendly - however...

We stayed here for one night, and the hotel stay was pleasant enough. The room was spacious, clean and the beds were comfortable. I think we stayed in a recently renovated area of the hotel because I didn't see any of the issues that previous reviews stated. The hotel is rather large, hallways are long and well lit. The public...

Spent 2 nights here after our son's communion and we had a ball. Well set up for kids,we had a spacious family suite which was very well appointed and spotlessly clean. The food on the bar menu was better than the restaurant in my opinion but same kids menu which was varied and enjoyed by all. Lovely staff, all extremely...

We stayed here for 2 nights in May. As soon as we checked in, we tried to check back out and get a refund. Since we booked 3rd party we were stuck. This hotel is huge, long dark hallways after long dark hallways. Walking to the room was gross, pieces of ceiling through the halls and wires hanging with a...

This hotel is huge! Seriously, it took us a five minute walk to get to our room at the far side of the building! Very spacious room and bathroom, big bed. Breakfast was a bit dissappointing, just eggs and marmelade to put on your toast, which was fine but at such a big hotel I'd expected a little more. It's...

We stopped here after a long journey before doing the Ring of Kerry. Our room was not as described in the booking and it was a long walk from the reception. The showed me another room and that was just as bad. There was only one person at reception even when a bus load arrived, I feel there was not...
