If you're expecting a hotel-like experience, this isn't the place for you. The proprietors run it out of their own home, and it's very much a family business. Maureen is an absolute dear who makes a lovely breakfast in the morning. She provided us with...More

This place is in a beautiful setting—if a tad hard to fine—and offers nice rooms and a good breakfast. It’s only a few miles outside Killarney, but seems like it’s a world away. This is a highly recommended place to stay.

Our room was clean and tidy and the location was quiet and rural. It’s a drive to the closest restaurant and convenient to the Muckross attractions. Horse back riding wasn’t available despite it being a stable so maybe we were out of the season. That’s...More

Hi. Yes there is a bar called The Jarveys Rest just diwn the road from us. It's about a 10 minute walk. Taxis are also always available to take you in and out of town. It's a 6 or 7 minute drive to Killarney.

Hi. You can take a taxi at any time to Killarney and back. During peak season there is also a private bus service running in and out of town. It would drop you at the end of Mangerton road which is the road we are located on... More
