It’s over 20 years since I last stayed here and I have to say I’m glad I went back after all this time. Sunnybank is in a great location; it’s just a few minutes’ walk from the town centre and the train station. The room is comfy and the bed’s comfortable so a good night’s sleep is pretty much guaranteed....

Sunnybank was one of our favourite B&B's of our entire trip. Brendan was awesome, he's friendly, genuinely interested and considerate. His staff are super too. The rooms are lovely, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast was great. The parking lot has ample room. He hit the mark on every aspect of hospitality.

I have been staying at Sunnybank every June since 2013. This B&B is conveniently located by the train and bus station. It is a lovely stroll to the city center. Brendan and Martine are wonderful hosts. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Brendan is a source for suggestions on what is happening, and where to visit while in the County...

My husband and I stayed at Sunnybank for 3 nights in August while we toured around Ireland. Brendan, the owner and host, was awesome! We were welcomed so warmly and made to feel at home immediately. When my husband mentioned to Brendan that I was a bit chilly (on the cool wet day we arrived), he said if he turned...

We stayed here as a result of a personal recommendation and couldn't be happier - Sunnybank is the perfect choice for those who want more than the usual sterile hotel environment. The rooms are good sized, the beds comfortable, en-suites great (with good water pressure,) but it's more the welcome you're given, the feeling of the place and the care...

Sunnybank B&B was the final stop for us after a 75 mile hike around the Beara Peninsula. It was a very clean and comfortable stay for us and helped us relax before our long airplane trip home to the states. The innkeeper, Brendan, is delightful. He seems to enjoy very much mingling with his guests. He knows a great deal...

It looks like they have about 10 rooms but seem to be full a lot of the time so make reservations. There is a nice sitting room and plenty of tea! Just sit and enjoy any time. We really enjoyed the helpful hints from our host. He told us the best place to bike and eat. The town is not...

I have brought friends to stay on Sunnybank for 9 years now. Every stay is good or better than the last. Brendan is host and he goes out of way to ensure your stay is perfect. This year he had a Jaunting Car driver come right to the B&B and take them through Killarney National Park. They loved it. We...

The location was excellent, close to the train and bus stations and close to downtown. The hop on hop off shuttle has a pick up right across the street. Despite being in such a seemingly busy location, Sunnybank was impressively quiet. I cannot say enough nice things about the owner, Brendan, he went above and beyond to make us comfortable and...

Brendan was an awesome host! So I was kind of "winging" a trip in Ireland and knew I was going to visit Killarney (birthplace of my great-grandmother) but really hadn't thought it through. So I emailed a random B&B, which was Sunnybank and he took me in. Which isn't that big of a deal, until you consider that I was...
