All that you could ask for, and then some! Eugene is a fab host, and nothing is too much trouble. Great choice for breakfast, and my room was just lovely! Well situated, close to the town centre - would definitely stay again.

Eugene made us feel very welcome. Rooms were lovely and breakfast delicious. Stayed 2 nights but wished it was longer. Took a day trip to Dingle Peninsula and going there you can understand why they call it The Wild Atlantic Way.
