Greatest breakfast in a much loved home. Located within 3 minutes walk from the town centre in a lovely quite residential area. Loved the freshly baked breads and full Irish breakfast. So friendly and full of information to get the most from this amazing town.

This was our 5th B&B on our country tour - we rate higher than the others. An impeccably clean, neat establishment with very friendly owners. Standard Irish breakfast is served (no surprise). Located not too far out from center of town. Not sure why so many average reviews???

Stayed on night here on a bus tour. There are quite a few stairs and not as friendly as the night before. I guess we were spoilt in Galway. The breakfast was good. The room was good and the ensuite was okay.

I had a very good experience here. Maureen was very kind with me. Breakfast was delicious, I felt like home. I did not reviewed it with 5 because the room was cold because heating was not working but Maureen provided me with a portable heater that kept me warm for that night.I'm from Dominican Republic and I enjoyed very much...

Had a wonderful time staying here! Owner was lovely and helpful. Breakfast was very filling and hearty. Rooms were decent nothing too fancy but clean and well sized. The owner was kind enough to give us a ride to the train station because of bad weather. Would definitely return to killarney and the Arus. Only issue was location. Easy walk...

The owner was very helpful with quite a few small things that...

I have not stayed in a B&B in ages and this place reminded me why. The mattress was like a sponge. the breakfast was cheap and horrible and the house is slightly creepy. We felt ripped off it looked like there was much better accomodation in the town for the same price.

Maureen was very helpful during our two night stay in Killarney. Definitely our favorite town we stayed in. Comfortable room and great breakfast. A short walk into town and a short drive to the park. Thanks for everything!
