We spent a wonderful 2 nights in Sika B&B during our recent trip around Ireland. We were made feel very welcome. The house is beautifully decorated and wonderfully maintained. We loved our room and the exceptionally comfortable beds. Breakfast each day was delicious, suplimented by home baked muffins and cakes. Couldn't recommend this B&B highly enough.

Just to say that I really enjoyed my stay here. Serena was a fab host and a great baker! Couldn't fault my stay. Was in a great location, very near the town. Also didn't find the road very noisy which others have done. Thanks again, Serena.

Really enjoyed our stay at Sika B&B; from a lovely friendly welcome on first arrival (which included a homemade caramel slice), to the 'breakfast to go' (with delicious homemade banana bread!) that was made for my husband who had to leave @6am for the Quest adventure race, and to the lovely breakfast that was prepared for me later in eth morning....

My daughter and I stayed 2 nights here on our driving trip around Ireland. Serena is a most friendly and accommodating host. No problem when we arrived later than expected and she gave us great tips for touring around the Ring of Kerry and places to eat in Killarney only a 10 min walk away. Serena is a fantasic cook...

Myself and my partner stayed at Sika Lodge in early August for 3 nights, I can only praise the professionalism and hospitality that both the hostess and her husband showed in not only making us feel like we were home, but also for the precise, helpful information on the many the excursions available and generally any information from shopping to...

This the proprietors refuse to accept credit card payments. It is unreasonable these days to expect guests to show up with hundreds of Euro in their pocket to cover their entire stay. I try to go cashless as much as I can during my travels. Otherwise, the room and bath were clean although the shower did not maintain a constant...

Hi IIXII! Many thanks for your review. I feel I must repsond to the disappointing rating, to clear up the credit card issue. To get such a low rating is very unusual for us, especially as we offer facilities that other B&Bs do not, such as fresh water in rooms, biscuits & tea and coffee facilities in room, DVDs, and...

Located in Ballydowney along the N72 is a quaint five room B&B, a short 3-5 minute drive to the center of Killarney. It is exceptionally well furnished with a comfortable sitting room which you'll want to spend hours cuddled up with a book, exceptionally clean & functional rooms, and a lovely hostess/proprietor (Serena) who takes great pride in ensuring her...
