A very clean Hostel in the middle of town, breakfast is provided in the kitchen, unfortunately the seating area is quite small so it got pretty packed at peak breakfast time. Unfortunately no free tea and coffee all day, as you usually get it in hostels. Staff was excellent, helped me finding a lift and provided heaps more information. Killarney...

5star for budget and cleanliness! Paid €120 for 6 sleeper with private en suite! Kitchen facilities and free breakfast, wifi in lobby and splash in the middle of a wonderful bustling town of Killarney! This is the Jewel of Ireland and had everything a tourist or family can need. Friendly, clean, close to everything and shops open till late. Dingle...

Great hostel. Nicely located in the centre of Killarney, near lots of pubs and restaurants, although that means a bit of a trek to both the train/bus station and the national park. The kitchen and dining area are very large. Staff are friendly and very helpful, with lots of suggestions for activities around Killarney. We stayed in a four-bed dorm,...

I booked Neptunes for the Ring of Kerry 2015 cycle. We had stayed in Killarney in 2014 for the cycle and we were totally robbed for our accommodation in another hotel. I took charge of booking accommodation. It was a quick 2 minute phone call to Neptunes and our accommodation was sorted! There were three people staying and the total...

While I can't say that I'm a huge fan of hostels in general, I was pleasantly surprised by this one. The staff were friendly and not creepy, as well as very informative. They helped us plan our day and our transportation. The room was very clean in comparison to other hostels, and the location was great. Nestled in a quiet...

Friendly staff, clean, quiet rooms, internet access and great central location. Would have been nice if there would have been some sort of juice available for breakfast. Bathroom door did not close or lock and communal bathroom could have done with more regular upkeep. Overall a good place to stay

This hostel was really awful, the booking was screwed up, the night porter was really nastty and abusive to us.He was the most vile person i ever met,and did not seem to care that we were guests in the hostel. I would not recommend that single women stay here, its not a nice place.

Handy location in town but quiet position,no traffic noise, plenty of toast cereal and beverages next morning. Reasonable standard of cleaniness. Fuss free and good value for money. Friendly helpful staff, card entry to Dorms. Would stay again without hesitation.

The hostel itself is situated in a good area - right near the high street. The interior of the hostel (and its rooms) could use some updating as everything looked like someone decorated it 20 years ago and left it that way. But the vibe is wonderful. The staff was really helpful, especially when we discovered that the sockets in...

Staff were friendly and helpful. It wasn't luxurious, but had everything a traveler needs. We were a little intimidated by the gas stove/oven which we had never used before, but the staff helped us out! The continental breakfast was sparse but they did have something. Location was perfect, right in the center of town which has adorable shops for browsing...
