Myself and 3 friends stayed at this B&B for 2 nights whilst attending a friends wedding in the city. Great location as it was only a short 10 minute walk into the beautiful city of Galway. Theresa, the owner, made us feel incredibly welcome and hospitable giving us tips on getting round the city and where to visit. Breakfast is... More

We selected this B&B based on a mention in Rick Steves' Ireland guide book and couldn't have been more satisfied. We planned a 2-night stay in Galway and when we made our reservation, only one night was available for us (2 adults and a college-aged daughter). We checked in late after a drive from Dublin and were greeted by the... More

The hospitality of Teresa and Michael alone is worth a stay. Their son Michael is a credit to their name, always on hand with a direction to point you in, or a heavy bag to carry. The hospitality is unmatched in Galway, they simply cannot do enough for you! Comfortable accommodation, and a breakfast unrivaled at any B and B... More

I booked this B&B because of the excellent feedback on tripadvisor and booking.com. as well as location and price. Well deserved overall rating. Clean, friendly, helpful and quiet. Food was fabulous and very close to city centre. Thank you.

Highly recommended! Teresa was sweet and gave suggestions. I felt like I was visiting my fav aunt! Her son even moved our car when it got wedged in. Good location, very clean and great variety for breakfast.

Theresa was a lovely hostess and just celebrated 45 years of wedded bliss! It was very handy that this B&B was so close to all of the attractions in Galway such as all of the pubs and sites. Much Galway charm and hospitality. Parking is tight but was great that it was available. Tea and coffee available in room as... More

Staying here worked well for us; we just arrived in Ireland and were adjusting to the driving. Location meant we could park the car and walk into town, or ride a bus if we were tired. Theresa makes a beautiful breakfast with delicious homemade baked treats. She is experienced, kind and helpful.

This B&B was hard to find. It's on a busy street. Bed was hard & uncomfortable. Small room. Shower was nice. It was a 15 minute walk to town which wasn't too bad. Parking was free but very difficult as the parking area is extremely small. Room and bath were clean. Breakfast is not included. Many restaurants to choose from.... More

First B and B stay in Ireland and absolutely wonderful. Room was enormous, brand new bathroom and spotless. Was a little concerned being on a main road but room was very quiet. Theresa was lovely and the food was just outstanding. Highly recommend.

This B&B was conveniently located for everything we wanted to do and see. The highlight was Teresa's amazing pastry/baked goods and the breakfast she provided. She also advised us as to places to see and the time it would take to do each thing. We were very comfortable and enjoyed our 3 night stay very much.

“Some rooms face the street and that could have a little more noise. We were on the second floor facing the back and it was quiet. Although they do have a dog and he might be a bother to non dog people if he barks (which he did occasionally). He never made noise during the night though.”
