Stayed here for 3 nights during our recent Ireland tour. House is a bit outside of Galway's city center, and while it is a comfortable walk to the 'Salt Hill' amusement area, it's not really walking distance to old Galway, so public transport might be in order for a stop there. We rented a car, so weren't really paying attention...

Mary and Tom are excellent hosts. We were accommodated immediately upon an early arrival from Dublin. Anything we needed was taken care of swiftly. The breakfasts were delicious and the location was perfect for us. We liked being just a stones throw from all of the action right along the promenade. Our room suited us wonderfully. Everything was meticulously clean,...

I stayed in Marless House in August and as I still return to those days in my memory I have to write now and recommend this lovely B&B. I arrived late, around 9 p.m. and late arrivals are not accepted in all B&Bs. Therefore I appreciated the warm welcome a lot, even before arriving. I stayed one night in Marless...

My boyfriend and I stayed here for a night and it was the perfect place, Mary was a lovely host - she was very hospitable. The rooms were especially nice - comfortable, pleasantly decorated and clean. The breakfast was also great. Overall an ideal stay, recommend to anyone!

This was such a wonderful place to stay. Such a cute and comfy B&B. The room was a great size, very clean and bed was comfortable. You are a very short walk from the ocean and there are some great restaurants within walking distance. We had a wonderful stay and would gladly stay there again.

We visited Galway recently on our honeymoon. We road tripped through Ireland, and Marless House was by far one of the most comfortable stays we had. We loved the breakfast. It was cooked to order as well as an assortment of yogurt and fruits. The room was very comfortable. She had even included heated blankets on the mattress for the...

Nice owners. There are side tables, but the big table in the middle of the dining room is much more fun for breakfast. An easy walk to some excellent restaurants and (when it is in town) the Trad on the Prom (music/dance show). Once of the best B&B's I've ever stayed at (and you can see I've been to many).

A clean, quiet room with everything in working order. The hosts were professional and informative. It's more of the traditional b&b, with little flair but I would imagine many might find it charming. A long walk or short bus trip into town. We went for the peace and quiet, not the location. We asked for a garden facing room.

My husband, mom & I recently stayed at the Marless House & had the most amazing bed & breakfast experience! Both of our rooms were lovely! Mary is the most gracious host who thinks of everything! She has the best travel trips (we loved the Sky Road to Connemara Nat'l Park!) & the breakfast...OMG the breakfast...Mary encourages you to mix...

Stayed here two nights out of iur two week trip. It was the best B&B we stayed at. The rooms were good size and the breakfast was great. Our host was attentive and accommodating. The location was also superb with plenty of restaurants in walking distance. would stay here again and again when we come back.
