We had the best Irish Breakfast here with locally sourced meats and eggs... also The granola was home made and delicious. Parking is a little tight. The house and rooms are nice decorated and comfortable bed. Ruby welcomed us to the house and showed us around. The location is excellent -we were able to walk everywhere and felt safe. Great...

We stayed here twice in our visit to Ireland. Russell greeted us so warmly and gave us easy walking directions for a great lunch and enjoyable walk. The Stop is filled with wonderful artwork; rooms are simple, tasteful and very comfortable. Breakfast is fresh cooked, creative and very healthy, with fresh oranges to squeeze for juice. We loved being here.

Stayed here for two nights with my family while we were visiting Galway. The place was fantastic! The rooms were spacious and comfortable, the shower pressure was fantastic, and the whole place was adorably decorated! The breakfast was phenomenal with several options made to order. All of the servers and the owners were wonderfully accommodating and lovely. Highly recommend staying...

The Stop B&B was in a great location within Galway, very easily walkable which is always important to us. The rooms were clean and comfy and we had no issues falling asleep after coming back from a night with a few drinks and great music. The breakfast was great, so great that I had the owner point me in the...

It's difficult to convey in words what a joy staying at The Stop is. Russell and Emer, the couple who owns it, are surely the most wonderful bed-and-breakfast hosts imaginable. The only problem with The Stop is that it's so comfortable and pleasant that it's tempting to stay there all day and not get out to enjoy Galway. During two...

We had the most wonderful stay at The Stop B&B. Rus and Emer and the rest of the team went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was perfect - from helping to make dinner reservations, to helping us plan our daily activities, and providing recommendations on the best spots to check out in Galway. The B&B is very...

This was our first Irish B&B experience during our 10 day honeymoon and it was our favorite bed and breakfast. It's a short walk to town, it's very clean and the owners are personal and friendly. The breakfast was top quality, the host had us place our order the night before. They were also very accommodating, we had an early...

Our family of four had a wonderful time at the Stop. Russell and all of the staff were terrific. Russell was extremely warm and welcoming and provided very detailed recommendations, driving directions and even parking assistance. He was able to make reservations for us at a fabulous local restaurant. He also provided good tips on driving to our next destination...

Perfect base for a stay in Galway. The B&B manages to be both homely and stylish, beds are so comfortable and the breakfasts are delicious with 3 equally tasty options to choose from. It's a short walk from the Galway city centre and the owners are so welcoming, offering advice on day trips, local recommendations and providing detailed hand drawn...
