Giving 5/5 says it all. An one of a kind experience end to end. You should stay at least one night in The Prom restaurant and listen to bands playing. Very entertaining including guests interaction. Ask Peggy at the reception for what Galway has to offer. She's very friendly and helpful.

Great location to enjoy a meander along the promenade from town. Staff were more than accommodating and we enjoyed a lovely room on the 2nd floor with a sea view. The food in the bar is brilliant and good value. Would recommend visiting O'Connors bar not too far from the hotel.

Great staff and great location. We enjoyed the mid-term break here and can only imagine how popular this hotel is during the summer holidays, especially with families. Has really great potential to be a top class hotel with some freshening up and improved sound-proofing to bedrooms to ensure even the business people can stay here even when it is full...

Room we had was tired and dirty with Hugh quantity of bird poo on windows and windowsill . Bed two singles pushed together. Shower runs hot and cold. No plugs. Had to relocate kettle to use it as no plug where it was. Breakfast was ok. Hotel feels very dark. Staff except for one where pleasant and helpful.

A very nice full service hotel with excellent rooms and staff. Our room had an ocean view, was very spacious with a giant pillow soft bed. Nice bar, excellent full breakfast was included with our room. Short drive or 20 minute walk along the waterfront to the center of the old part of Galway City.

This hotel is in a great location straight across from the promenade. The staff were very friendly and the rooms were spotlessly clean. The bar had a good selection of food. I will be back to stay here again
