Nice place, room was just a little bit on the small size but very clean.Shower had a door like an old phone booth, made for a tight fit. Breakfast was OK but very forgettable. Would not stay here again.

Sara (the host) is very kind and the house is not too far to walk to Quay Street. Yet the checkout time is a little early in my opinion and if she tells you breakfast finishes serving at 9:00 make sure you are down before 8:45 because she may not serve it after then.

Easy walk into town centre. Very quiet location. Rooms are small but clean. Sarah was a welcoming hostess. Breakfast was average as compared to other B&Bs. Wifi coverage was nil in the room and required us to go to the main living room. These days that is an easy fix and a bit annoying for travellers.

We really enjoyed our two nights at Ross House. Our hosts were very helpful and friendly. They may have found my husbands jeans between the mattress and base, where he but them overnight to put in the creases. He only realised they were missing when we arrived in Paris.

Ross House B&B is located in the Salthill area of Galway City. On the map, not in the hub of things, but in reality within walking distance to the beach and to a busy area with restaurants, shopping, and pubs aplenty. The innkeepers strive to keep guests comfortable and content. The rooms are not large, but adequate and the ambience...

It was a bad place and I would never recommend it. I did not like the experience and If I knew that before I would go to another place because there were many B&B around this area. It was dirty the bedroom and I just did not feel good in that place. They were not friendly people. It was a...

This response was prepared to answer the review of the partner of this reviewer which seems to have been removed. The salient points are the same. These two travellers rang looking for a room. The call was made by this reviewer who did not have good English. I decided to go to meet her by car as I could not...

My husband and I stayed here for one night. Very clean and comfortable. The walk to town was a little farther than we would have liked, but it is doable. The advantage is that the B&B is located on a quiet cul-de-sac, which made for a nice quiet sleep. Sara was very kind and made the most delicious french toast...

Sarah's place is welcoming and lovely. We we're 2 couples staying in 2 rooms. Arrived in the early evening and she was ready and waiting. The Ross house is a quiet little place only 10 minutes walking from the shop street. She was caring and friendly and always knew when to check in on our travels. We loved staying here!

I concur with another reviewer. It was the only B&B we stayed in in our two weeks there so I can't say how it compares with others but I did not get ant warm and fuzzy feeling upon arrival. It was very nice to be able to leave our car there and walk down to the bay and into town...

The room was clean and comfortable Breakfast was between 8.am and 9.am. Unfortunately I was sat with my back to everyone else which made me feel very uncomfortable. I hadn't seen the cereals when I came in and wasn't told about them until the hot food was served which tasted as though it had been cooked earlier and reheated. The...
