Lovely hotel warm and cosy very homely staff friendly and helpful. Our room was lovely but very warm. We had dinner in the bar which was nice nothing special. Bar staff friendly. Had a continental breakfast which was lovely lots of choice and as much as ya want 😃 overall we had a lovely stay and we're definitely planning a...

Stayed here recently for few night, and found it a nice homely hotel. Room had a double and single bed in it, roomy enough, but a bit dated. Hotel could do with a face lift, but in saying this, it is clean, and staff very friendly. It is very busy at lunch time every day, and food very tasty. Lovely continual...

This hotels location is ideal for anyone visiting Galway, literally just off Eyre Square. A great rate, paid €69 to stay on a Sunday night (and continental breakfast was included). Hotel could do with a bit of a facelift though, it's a bit old and worn once you get past reception. Staff weren't overly friendly, 3 staff members at reception...

Excellent location, right in the centre of the city. Great service and restaurant. Only bad thing was the continental breakfast, I prefer an Irish breakfast especially the morning after a long night of partying! I will definitely be staying in this hotel the next time I'm in Galway.

Nice comfortable hotel. However I had a room at the front of the hotel and at night Supermacs next door can be very noisy outside up until 4am at least. That was one bad point, the other was if you order an Irish breakfast you'll be waiting for it. But apart from that a pleasant place to stay and very...

This hotel is just across the square from the railway station and at the entry to Shop Street. The HOHO bus stop was right out the front. The staff were friendly and the room was comfortable although it was quite a long walk from the entry. The breakfast selection was fresh and delicious and there was free Wi-fi. This is...

We were placed into this hotel as part of our Railtours tour. While the hotel was clean and the breakfast was good, the hotel is very basic. The rooms are very utilitarian and basic. I would stay there again if nothing else was available.

Recently stayed here with some friends and would not go back. We had people banging on our door in the middle of night, we rang down to complain to be told 'Well, what do you want me to do about it?'. That eventually stopped but then was woken up so early with the noise that was outside our bedroom, it...
