Shower.... woeful will either freez or burn and no water pressure Rooms small... Staying here while working nights and with drilling and hammering all day was in a great location so you could escape to the Main Street for peace and quiet! Great breakfast but don't expect to be asked what you'd like... instead go look for the staff with...

Great hotel in central Galway. Right beside train/bus station on a corner of Eyre Square great location for sightseeing, shopping, wining and dining this hotel is perfect. Food great, reception staff so friendly and helpful. Parking for 6.50 euro per day in train station car park. Thoroughly recommend this hotel, great breakfast.

Very happy with my stay here. Exceptional location right by train and bus station in the city centre but with no noise issues at all. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were relaxed and friendly, the breakfast staff were worth a mention in particular as offering great attentive service. Breakfast was lovely, the breakfast area is cosy. Price...

Stayed for 3 nights with my fiancé last week. We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived as the reception area was still decorated for Christmas and looked beautiful. Although once we got to our room (217) all our 'pleasant surprise' had quickly faded. We were met with a dull, dated room which urgently needs refurbishment. The room was quite basic,...

Had to change rooms twice. 1st had constant fan and no heat, 2nd not much better - both had dings in walls and doors - 3rd was a newly refurbished - and the project manager of the renovation job should be shot - not lighting and still no plugs in the place. Heating turned ON daily at 1030. What's that...

I know Galway well so picked this hotel as a central location while stopping over for one night and the location could not be better. The room was very clean (although the toilet was very loud and did not flush properly). The room was welcoming and warm and the bed was very comfortable. The shower was great. Our room was...

I stayed at this hotel in July 2015 without issue, so I chose it again for my December 2016 trip. Unfortunately, my room (301) was front-facing to the street / square. There is a pub two doors down that has an OUTDOOR SPEAKER that seems to pipe music into the room until 2am. Also, you get noise from the popular...

Stayed for a night mid week with a group of 9 friends. It was good value at €99 for a triple room with breakfast. The room was roasting hot, the handle of the bathroom door came off. Room service was good we made several requests and they were promptly delivered. We arrived down for breakfast at 10am only to be...
